I'm glad you asked it made me read the Interim Management Statement again! At these levels it's perhaps not quite the big value play I was expecting but if the underlying get forced up by international buyers perhaps it wont be such a bad trade a short term 4-5% perhaps.

Are Weiss assuming the wind-up proposal will be passed at the December EGM, and taking a stake to arbitrage the removal of the discount in anywind-up?

Weiss Asset Management have taken a stake, share price at a 5.3% discount to NAV and a 4% yeild.
