10/6/2009 14:34 | dc78 - Have you even read the last results?? They were rubbish and showed a huge deterioration in performance. The company hadn't bothered to warn investors, either IIRC. What makes you think FY results will be decent when they have told you the company is facing challenging conditions in the short term? And your question, "...IF they show a profit and have increased their asset base, would you not think that would merit a rerating from the current price dell?" is rather pointless, unless you have some reasoning to support potentially improved results. You could just as easily ask, "...IF the second half shows a sales decline similar to the first half, will the company be in danger of going bust?". Random questions don't prove anything and certainly don't offer a credible case for investing unless you can provide evidence to support one case or another... Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
10/6/2009 14:19 | dell314 thanks for the response, If you look at the half year results revenue was only slightly less than the same time in 2007, only the profit was down, due to higher costs (buying own kiosks), exploring international avenues etc. Since then we have had 2 RNS's stating expansion of the business, also in the half year results they said revenue from delayed projects would start to come in, in the 2nd half of 2008 it's fairly safe to assume this company isn't going bust and will continue to deliver a profit | newswseller
10/6/2009 14:18 | Hypothetical 'if', but IF they show a profit and have increased their asset base, would you not think that would merit a rerating from the current price dell? | dc78
10/6/2009 14:12 | Some publicity would be good!!! Once the herd finds out about this share, it should go mental | newswseller
10/6/2009 14:11 | newswseller - 10 Jun'09 - 08:57 - 45 of 55 .... this company is also a lot stronger and bigger since its 12p days as well BUT would like to hear other peoples views as well How is this company "stronger and bigger" when its sales have markedly declined and the last results were generally dreadful? Those results were also a complete shock, with no prior trading statement from the company to warn of the dramatic deterioration IIRC. Also, bearing in mind the company said that short term results would be "challenging", I think you're expecting a bit much if you are hoping for decent FY results... FWIW, this gets pumped'n'dumped on iii every few months and is no doubt getting ramped 24/7 by Atrocity Exhibition (assuming he still has the same user name) and his cronies at the moment.... Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
10/6/2009 13:55 | Still a few days before results though. If it does finish today as a top riser, it should get more publicity in the media which may help draw it to people's attention. | dc78
10/6/2009 13:46 | currently this share is the #1 riser of the day lol. Still nobody seems interested? | newswseller
10/6/2009 13:11 | If the seller does reappear then they will just drop the BID and keep the ASK the same | newswseller
10/6/2009 13:09 | Although even if there is more to be sold, it keeps the stock flowing, which I would have thought has to be good. | dc78
10/6/2009 13:07 | ticking up nicely, hopefully the 100k seller sold his last lot this morning | newswseller
10/6/2009 11:44 | Yeah they have buy orders to fill and no stock, so gotta reduce the spread to get more people to sell, once the buy orders are filled the price should tick up | newswseller
10/6/2009 11:16 | Great, much appreciated. I see that the bid has ticked up - Trying to tease sellers out of the woodwork to get some stock? | dc78
10/6/2009 11:11 | dc78 - My company notes are in the house at the moment, but will re-read the interim results at lunchtime and try and get some numbers for you, BUT i do know that debt is very negligible | newswseller
10/6/2009 10:27 | At the moment, the market seems to like companies who have funding / cash in the bank, and who are therefore a relatively 'safe' bet for the next 12-24 months. What do we know about MBO in that respect? Thanks. | dc78
10/6/2009 09:21 | Results will show a proft, 2nd half should have beaten expectations given projects delayed from the 1st quarter would be adding to revenue in this 2nd half. The current and future global expansion would also be looked on favourably as the market looks ahead for future value Take a look at CRYO for what can happen, they had a bad 1st half and market destroyed the price down to 11p, they beat expectations (with a small profit)and the price shot up to over 73p | newswseller
10/6/2009 09:04 | I think that if the results show that they have weathered the current economic slowdown fairly well, the market should see that favourably, as you have a company which is growing and seeking out new opportunities which bears very well for the future when the world economy picks up again. | dc78
10/6/2009 08:57 | And given the activity over the last couple of days I think 3.5p was a way too low estimate, Thinking more like 7p now (given the future prospects of this company) Bare in mind at its peek (2007) with 94 million shares in issue the share price was 13p and now theres only 78 million shares and the share price is 2p, this company is also a lot stronger and bigger since its 12p days as well BUT would like to hear other peoples views as well | newswseller
10/6/2009 08:52 | Induna123- Actually MM's will buy ANY amount online (for more than the current BID price), but will only sell you a small amount. The last 2 days has seen 1 seller dumping lots of 100k, so it's a lot easier to buy online now as well, as soon as this seller clears then it will go a lot higher | newswseller
10/6/2009 08:45 | I think this is worth more than 3.5p - Look at their asset value. If results are positive this could merit a much higher price. What that price is will depend on results. Just my view of course. | dc78
10/6/2009 08:40 | 3.5p isn't a great target considering you buy now at around 2.5p. Plus, as people have already mentioned it's very hard to trade so selling would be difficult too. | induna123
10/6/2009 08:24 | Were on the way back up now.... | newswseller
09/6/2009 21:27 | Whats everyones target price on this? Personally after see'ing the last couple of days of trading and todays RNS i'm upping my price to a 7p spike on very good results and then falling back to close on 5.5-6p | newswseller
09/6/2009 18:44 | dc78 - I agree, a lot of people would have bought into that rise in November with the herd and not know what they were buying into (i.e the fundamentals of the company), now after sitting on a loss for 8 months they have broken even and decided to sell up without even realising the end of year results are coming out shortly The closing price today is a bit deceptive, the ASK price is actually higher than yesterdays close, It's just the spread is the biggest its been for a long time Anyway hopefully onwards and upwards tomorrow with a sensible spread | newswseller
09/6/2009 16:56 | newswseller - I think a lot of people may have got trapped into this several months back and were looking to get out. The recent rise has given them the opportunity. However, when you look at fundamentals, there appears to be scope for this to get much higher if results show that they made a profit. What's your opinion newswseller? Looks like you've done your research here. | dc78
09/6/2009 15:29 | Looks like we have a seller today, hopefully they will run out of stock soon and then we can move on | newswseller |
