Monty..So the chairman is now saying that IF you want to grow and secure more subscribers then he will need additional capital...You do want this company to grow don't you???I didn't have you down as one of those people who come along and pump the price and then exit into the rise and then move onto the next stock. You're here to stay long term aren't you???Then you will require additional capital, and quite soon.

Monty. You should read things instead of just pumping. It's fallen today for many reasons...including.. The very likely intention to raise additional capital. "If we feel we need to accelerate our growth in India this is likely to require additional investment from a joint venture partner or from shareholders."Roger ParryChairman.

Doesn't sound good that the plan to raise capital through shareholders... OR, through joint venture...ie giving away a large chunk of the business to a third party.. OUCH....

Private investors will be left with nothing, as to raise anything meaningful, the will dilute hugely one way or another.

Next to no revenue in India, with the 3 top mobile providers already onboard for past 9 months....so the next Brazil where they managed those sort of numbers, only for it to die.But the big one is the chairman statement when talking about India, he states 'this is likely to require additional investment from a joint venture partner or from shareholders.'Bye bye shareholders.....

Alche, maybe, however, they're probably not paying GBP 1, more like 25p per transaction. Less transaction fees, licensing, the end result could be less than 10p per transaction. Which would give your figures 60k/yr GBP Gross.

The 75,000 active subscribers were for the past 2 months (Sept and Oct) i.e. active being they have paid for something. The previous numbers for July/Aug was 50,000.

Therefore assuming there is only one transaction per subscriber (and there could be more than this), the actual transactions could be 6 x 75,000 = 600,000 per annum at the current run rate with no growth.

Assuming a growth rate of 50% every 2 months (50,000 to 75,000), then the numbers could explode in the next 6 months, just as they did in Argentina.

he sold millions worth a while back.

His 200k salary keeps him going, he's not going to waste it on a fundraise, montyhedge can do that for him ;)

Exactly monty.75k will NOT pay the bills.I will be more impressed if they get to a level of at least 2 million CONTINUOUS subscribers. What they're quoting at the moment, as they've confessed are "ONE-TIME" users.Numbers need to be much higher to pull any profit here.
