Looks ok to me. 2nd half always better and they appear confident, also, sounds like more acquisitions on the way so hopefully a healthy mix of organic and acquisitive growth. Enough in there to keep me in.

Boards all quiet in general with holidays and bad markets combining. A lot of part timers who bought stocks last year when the market was flying will all have fled down those bolt holes :))

No - others around, but not much to say other than looks a sensible incremental acquisition

Looks like everyones either sold up here or gone on holiday. No volume at all thus far....

Looks like ive got the board and the company all to myself. :-)

Smashing.

If you need any more 'Proof' that TMMG have pulled off a good acquisition, then look no further. :-)

Small acquisition....

The Mission Marketing Group plc ('the mission(tm) ', AIM: TMMG), the national marketing communications and advertising group, is pleased to announce the acquisition ("the Acquisition") of Proof Communication Limited ("Proof") by its technology specialist Agency, April-Six Limited ("April-Six").

Proof is an independent science, engineering and technology PR Agency with an office in Central London offering specialist communication services to prestigious Clients including national laboratories, international science facilities, global technology businesses, multinational engineering companies and universities. Proof's expertise in public relations, and its focus on science and technology, is expected to complement April-Six's existing global technology marketing specialism, and fits well with the strategy of the mission(tm) and its portfolio of specialist Agencies. April-Six has offices in London and San Francisco with a wide portfolio of blue-chip technology Clients.

Proof has a profitable and cash generative track record, and the Board of the mission(tm) expects the Acquisition to make a positive contribution in both the current and next financial year.

Good to see the shares coming back to life after investors re-access the very positive recent update.

agree everything you said cfro. But i suppose its not that the statement was bad news it was just the lack of some extra good news (that presumably the recent increase was in part in anticipation of). Still essentially a good buy. (I'm out now sadly due to cash flow issues - new bathroom).

Yep, a cheap single digit pe here and share price is in a strong uptrend.

These shares are notoriously volatile and plus's and minus's of 8% in day are commonplace.

Still, a strange reaction to an other wise very good statement.

Finncap are predicting profits of 5.5m this year and 6m next year with EPS of 5.1/5.7 (this was issued on friday). Gives a PE of 9.6 for this year and 8.5 for next. Not as screamingly cheap as it was, but decent value.

Fairly solid update - after last years statement his words came back to bite him somewhat so that explains the lack of colour to this one. Perhaps the market was expecting more. I still think these could have quite a lot further to go.

A silly over reaction to what was a confident trading update.

This does have wild swings at times, but this might now present another top-up opportunity.

Net debt at June 2013 was stated to be £8.8 - so it seems that acquisition and overseas offices are being funded successfully so far from cash flow.

Agree that "solid" is an appropriate adjective - but not the enthusiastic "phedinkus" and "lollapalooza" style of earlier RNSs.

That is a very solid update.

Establishment of a Singapore office, Net debt down from £10.7m to Below £8m and a confident statement:

"Our results to the year December 31st 2014 are again expected to have a bias towards the second half and the board remains confident of further progress for the full year."

Broker forecasts 5.7p for next year. If the PE is 13 then would give a potential target of 74p (depends whether you need to deduct the still substantial debt). But thats the sort of target I am hoping for.

Don't forget XD wed - this is one of the longest times between the announcement and XD date I know.

Yes I can see the long term bowl cfro, and also a bowl within a bowl? I wonder if that is significant, maybe I should flag it up on the bowl chart and let the expert decide. But it is AIM ;o)

paul, I do agree that after 2 years, previous highs have less influence imo.

Not sure you can fruitfully make comparisons to where it was before it almost then went bankrupt. Been a great share for me though, first got in in oct 2010 at 9.88p had to sell out and then back in a couple of times with house purchases though. Out again now (although due to cash flow - I think these will be going higher - just not sure of relevance of pre mission disaster period)

Not far off 100% on these for me. Did sell some in the 40s though. My best performing share for some time. I have had two others recently that have trebled but as per usual I sold out when about 25% up.

I think these have further to run - if the can produce the EPS of c5-6p this year, and forecast 6p+ for next then there is no reason we can not see the share price well above where it is now.

These are now my single largest holding (excluding trackers/funds etc).

Can't remember exactly but I think they were brought to my attention be Aleman - so thanks for that.

I went out with one of my friends last year in November and he asked to give him two shares to look at, I gave him tmmg and avs, he chose avs. Gutted for him.
