        controls the voting rights attached to a total of 6,349,520 
        ordinary shares in Mirland Development Corporation Plc 
        ("Mirland") through various of its controlled undertakings, 
        as stated below: 
        (a) Clal Insurance Company Ltd - 2,781,634 ordinary 
        shares; 
        (b) Clal Pension and Provident Funds Ltd - 3,398,673 
        ordinary shares; and 
        (c) Atodut Pension Fund for Salaried Employees and Self 
        Employed Ltd(1) - 169,213 ordinary shares. 
        The 6,349,520 ordinary shares represent 6.13% of the 
        voting rights attached to Mirland's shares (based on 
        the total number of issued shares in Mirland being 103,558,005 
        ordinary shares). 
        The 6,349,520 Ordinary Shares are held for members of 
        the public through, among others, provident funds and/or 
        pension funds and/or insurance policies, which are managed 
        by subsidiaries of Clal, which subsidiaries operate 
        under independent management and make independent voting 
        and investment decisions.
