Justjill just because we got an RNS a couple of days ago which by the way had to be issued because of the issue of shares and as I said at the time the update was added as a afterthought doesn't mean we will not have the RNS we want to hear any day

In other words if it ain't have been for the share issue I do not believe an update RNS would have been issued that day.

All I am saying is the RNS just a few days ago said the sale was still on...just slower than hoped. And Scotty's feedback today says just the same...sale still on. But hey I am not complaining. We're up - until the attention defict peeps at Twitter get bored. :(

Don't know about Mon Hugo although who knows but I really do expect to see completion this month as the buyer has probably holding off as he/they know pressure would be mounting.aimo of course

Agree the wording implies that the sale is still on. If travel staff have been told today that their jobs are safe then we could well possibly expect an announcement on Monday.

HSR finished their latest updates off on 6th June with below piece,you do the maths M/C way tooooooo low 🤔

But we do expect T&L to be sold for enough to clear debts and pay the bills for a good while. And that will allow Minoan to unlock the real and clear value at Cave Sidero at its own pace. Thus the sale of T&L will drive a re-rate.At 6p-6.2p the market cap is just £14 million but CS is worth anything up to 100 million Euro. Hence the stance is still BUY

If the Stewart travel info is correct then it all fits in with the Hillside loan deadline - MIN may well for once surprise us with an announcement before 30th June !

A buy of 25k and they up the offer,somewhere along the line the MMs soon get short of stock,just shows what'll happen when the BODs pull their proverbial finger out and it will happen at some point.I know I keep saying it but no matter how you look at it the M/C is way to low and there's money to be made from these levels 😁

I did say a few weeks ago that DW could buy out the T/L leaving CE with CS. Just how much DW would pay is diff to say - given that he has grown the business he knows it backwards. Of course he has lots of options in the business too.

I'm really struggling as to why the BoD are clinging on to this one T&L deal. They could have sold it 3 times over in the time its taken.

All very frustrating. But you would be mad to sell now. Almost as mad not to buy - if you have the funds.

It will all come good in the end - despite, apparently, MIN BoD, rather than because of them.

Wonder is the buyer of the T+L dragging their feet hoping to lower the price as they know it's part of the strategic plan. IT's not a "fire sale" but the sale allows MIN to focus on greater riches and the buyer knows it. The potential purchaser was first mentioned last December after the the inept Chrismas fundraising.

And as for Greece....last RNS clearly mentioned one particular partner...now they are using the plural again. So unclear what is happening there.

As I say before, almost in jest: Greenwich Mean Time. British Summer Time; and British Minoan Time. Zzzzzzzzzzz.

MM's dropped the price BUT now looking to buy 275K whereas before it was next to nothing FWIW.
