Very interesting Costa, all positive and going in the right direction for the CS development ( but for some reason it hasn't shown on the front, only when logged in?)

And for some unexplained reason the MM's upped the offer to 8p towards the end of the day when no buying queue as far as I could see anyway.

Maybe anticipating something tomorrow, possibly, its about time we heard on the T&L business sale.

I did ask CE about options as he holds so few share and the majority come into play at around 9p. He also mentioned that he had a lot of his friends invested, so feels a 'responsibility' to make sure shareholders get a return.

Yes, everything changes very rapidly. Maybe the mm's have been holding on to their shares too awaiting better prices to be had on good news only, as ever, its a bit slow in arriving.
The first deal they make for the CS project will be significant. Could be anything, possibly the first hotel being built with a joint venture investor in tow. Or whether they are starting with a part disposal of the actual site bringing in much needed cash from the purchaser. Momentum will build as the development progresses.
