Are you on the payroll mate? As far as I'm concerned, the only director of Minmet or whatever it's called now, who was not a crook was Alan Moody, & he just disappeared into obscurity a long time ago. The current bunch are every bit as bent as the previous lot. Minmet's just a cash cow for them.

. I have faith in this one and I know I will get caned by you guys for saying so. But there is a different air about the whole company and yes I know its unfortunate that Neville is still there and has gained lots of money from going on, off and then back on board.

The comapny is gaining momentum through the actions of Liwosz and only Liwosz and apparently the board were put through the wringer with detailed questions and the garve errors within their Corporate Governance were hammered home to them.

So unless they are complete liars and charlatans the company starts to look good.

yes I suppose you are right but Liwosz does seem to be getting the company back on the rails not so sure though about Neville bet the salary packages are eno when they are eventually declared and thats after Neville received a reputed

Well this resolution says it all imo:

Special Resolutions
2. That the Authorised Share Capital of the Company be increased to €19,669,920 divided into 300,000,000 Ordinary
Shares of €0.01 each and 69,458,000 Deferred Shares of €0.24 each and that the Memorandum and Articles of
Association of the Company be amended accordingly.

I have seen this done so often to finnish off minority holders in due course.
