|Tom will love this .......|
|But that's what they did.............. TOM where are you we need you to get your skewers out again....|
|I met the guy running the Bjorkdal mine yesterday, they are so pleased at the amount of gold they are mining!
Such a shame it was scammed out of honest investors.|
|Pops didn't share enough of the Minmet winnings for junior to retire on, since
young Greyling is still working in an advisory company on OTC listed microcaps.
Maybe the Greylings were just bag men and only took a small portion of the pot.|

|Now Tom has skewered Mr Barnes I wonder if he will investigate the other parties behind the Minmet demise ?
I can only ask him !|
|Yes thank you, as I know only too well after doing a great deal of research some years ago and turning up some very interesting items ......wonder what happened to daddy Greyling|
|Sol, Charms is an investment vehicle owned by Greylings.|
|the 'Charms' you put it so nicely BAM BAM|
|Most of them like Maddocks and Barnes were just accountants acting for others so
client confidentiality makes it near impossible to work out who was directing it.
The names on the forms will have done well from fees but doubt they saw too much
of Minmet's millions which have long since been laundered offshore by associates
of the 'Charms' crew (most likely into property developments in Alaska and Spain)|

|...so what happened to Peter Maddocks ...Jon King...Denis Barrett...Peter Gardner....
...How is it the authorities never took action when disclosures were made...|
|Hells teeth TW has now managed to exposed GLOBO and what a mess that is ...
Wonder why Hamilton Barnes backed off one can only assume that he did not like the potential exposure .....|
|I met Alan years ago and he was a decent chap.
But I notice there was no support from Mike Neville now of Netcall or for that matter the Greyling family
Well done Waseem but its really a hollow victory|
|Well a bit of a surprise, and, to be honest, very disappointing he wasn't thrashed in court, Tom's team would have won hands down IMO.
Just another chapter in the Minmet saga to leave a sour taste in the mouth.
He made a mistake by taking this on,and in backing down he has emboldened his critics. I have a feeling Athabasca will be hard to get away at all after this fiasco.
I have a feeling any thread for that stock could become very lively very quickly!
So now let's see if he has the guts for a defamation fight, my bet is he doesn't!|
|Always had Alan Mooney down as the token straight guy among that bunch of thieves.|
|All credit to him for being prepared to act.
I simply don't see how someone can get it so dismally wrong & be regarded as an expert just because he thought he was right. If that's the calibre of any other "experts" they've got, I don't rate their chances.
Obviously, this is only the opinion of a non expert. A non expert who tried to tell him he was chucking his money away, but being an expert, he chose to ignore.|
Exactly, he had the courage of his convictions at least.|
|Wonder if the CHARM INVESTMENTS situation will be raised ...
As for Shakoor at least he was prepared to ACT ...good luck to him|
Excellent, it's about time what happened here, and allowed by the FCA/LSE/AIM Regulators (LOL!) got into a courtroom somewhere.
My only regret is I can't attend due to being out of London this week.|
|Dissolving on April fools day was a nice touch, credit for that if nothing else.|
