03/6/2008 07:56 | sellers seem to be pulling this back | tippingpoint
03/6/2008 06:17 | figure look fairly good...compared to many producing gold mines. | ceckyspunt
03/6/2008 06:15 | Drilling report out this morning. How good are they? They mention something about a "new gold province" which sounds pretty bullish. | hugepants
25/5/2008 21:33 | I imagine they have some assay feedback but not enough for an rns, hence they couldt buy at the moment imho | tippingpoint
25/5/2008 19:35 | Thanks HugePants, but when you say If they know more than this then it would look bad if they piled in just before announcing some stonking news. - I'm not so sure about that which is why I mentioned the Palladex 20p options. It could be construed as great news that they didn't pile in as they're reasonably confident of being able to exercise their options over a year or two (here's hoping!). But otherwise, wouldn't existing holders simply have cheered on some Director buying at c.4p as a demonstration of confidence? | gingerplant
25/5/2008 15:10 | The way I read from the last few RNSs' is the directors are pretty optimistic but no more than that (they mention finding nuggets 1cm in diameter on the surface for example). If they know more than this then it would look bad if they piled in just before announcing some stonking news. | hugepants
25/5/2008 06:17 | Paul, If there's a general expectation that the assay results are favourable - any idea why was there no Director buying before the close? Do the previous options at 20p still hold? Even if they do, the Directors' holdings within the bounds of reality around the current price are negligible. | gingerplant
20/5/2008 13:58 | The story with MVA is how good will the long awaited assay results for Tuli Capi be. There are a stack of them piled up at the labs from drilling late last year through to current. If a large batch come through together and if they are as good as MVA imply, we will see instant re-rating of share price. The next MVA drilling update should be very revealing - in view of long long wait there should be numerous assay results Cheers Paul | ghhghh
20/5/2008 12:22 | Cash burn around 1.5M per annum? If so then enough till next summer. | hugepants
20/5/2008 11:55 | ...We are also currently reviewing the future of our remaining interests in Kyrgyzstan, namely our contract drilling business, with a view to possible disposal.... Any guesstimates as to the value of the above? Also what is the current cash burn? They had £1.3M at end sept 2007 but have since raised another £1M. So how much cash currently and how long before they need to raise more? | hugepants
13/5/2008 15:06 | Willyworm2 - It's an introduction for a new potential investor. He says how Minerva was formed last year, that they do gold and platinum and where they do it. | sbs
13/5/2008 15:00 | Willyworm, it's not worth the effort. Terry gives a brief 29 second talk in which he explains what Minerva is and their prospects. It's nothing more than something you might read on Minsite to introduce the company. I wouldn't expect the recent buying to be on the strength of that. Something IS stirring here. Maybe news is close. They've got some drilling announcements to make as they have been delayed. | dogberry202000
13/5/2008 14:30 | db thanks, can't get streaming media at the moment but sounds as if its not worth the effort | willyworm2
13/5/2008 13:52 | Ok who's the comedian who sold 150,000? (or maybe its a buy from earlier) | hugepants
13/5/2008 13:44 | Lol! Shurely some mistake! | dogberry202000
13/5/2008 13:29 | Well FWIW, I bought in this morning - so that should signal the death knell once and for all. | gingerplant
13/5/2008 13:15 | It's pretty basic, Willyworm. Nothing that you don't already know. Click on "this video" and not the later link. Added some today. | dogberry202000
13/5/2008 13:05 | sbs can you give us a sumary of the video? thks | willyworm2
12/5/2008 15:02 | Terry Ward, MD of Minerva Resources, talks about his company in , filmed at the recent show. | sbs
12/5/2008 09:05 | Small buys and a sell - something is stirring here. | dogberry202000
28/4/2008 11:15 | chairmans address | hugepants
03/4/2008 07:51 | Some comment on results here: | hugepants
02/4/2008 14:28 | PG Fair point on the shaes in issue. Sloth encouraged me to use the ADVFN data. Even so, 111.7m at 3.5p (I prefer to take the bid) is value if c£3.85M Add c£1m from today's sale to the £1.3m in cash on hand at the end of September to give c£2.3M gives mining licences of £1.5m. Not sure whether the licences are worth it or not, but c2.5p of the share price is 'underpinned' by cash. | willyworm |
