See that Blackrock have increased their holding by 2.8 million shares from Tuesdays RNS to todays.. Wonder if they got their shares from Standard life who have been accumulating a similar amount recently..

Could Standard life have been used by Blackrock to accumulate stock without alerting the market?

Can't see this going for £1, the current share price has nothing to do with the eventual take out price but the uncertainty over whether a bid will eventually come at all. I think news on letting alone would take this back above £1. Doubts must also remain on refinancing particularly if lettings are not forthcoming. Banks are in control and with that, risk for shareholders. Thats why the price is where it's at nothing to do with the eventual TO price. IMO.

Targa, like i said hope 130p or more is right, but cant understand why were stuck in a 82-90p range.

Baldeagle, happy with that , but....... if it was 130p I would expect the price to nearer to that than the 82-90p range were stuck in. News must of leaked out of the bid price and hence I expect 100p.
