12/5/2011 08:18 | Can't see this going for £1, the current share price has nothing to do with the eventual take out price but the uncertainty over whether a bid will eventually come at all. I think news on letting alone would take this back above £1. Doubts must also remain on refinancing particularly if lettings are not forthcoming. Banks are in control and with that, risk for shareholders. Thats why the price is where it's at nothing to do with the eventual TO price. IMO. | fireplace22
12/5/2011 08:13 | Targa, like i said hope 130p or more is right, but cant understand why were stuck in a 82-90p range. | johnv
12/5/2011 08:08 | johnv - and if the price is agreed how long for the i's and t's to be crossed... 8 weeks?... regards | targatarga
11/5/2011 22:07 | Baldeagle, happy with that , but....... if it was 130p I would expect the price to nearer to that than the 82-90p range were stuck in. News must of leaked out of the bid price and hence I expect 100p. | johnv |
