Well their stated aim initially is the CSE, which I have always found disappointing, and don't understand the reasoning behind that. They were listed on he Venture before, so why can't they return there?

They wouldn't be able to list on any Canadian exchange without the revocations, so you might be being somewhat presumptuous there, but I certainly hope you're right.

Could be better than the CSE then ?
This is not a new listing on the CSE but a revocation of the previous suspension of our listing on the TSX... surely 2 different things... could this mean a more positive & timely relisting on the TSX, circumventing the CSE entirely ?

Correct potter. my mail is that it is not far away from relisting on the Cse, means nothing though burning through cash very quickly, the money offered from cofide does not cover costs of completion of building Ollachea so finance needs to raised somehow and I have limited confidence in the board to be able to do this.
Maybe all Peruvian shareholders will privileged in gaining Access to new shares.
Napoleon Valdez is Apparently buying shares resigned in early 2015..... funny that...
Just my opinion though.. just like IKN gets to voice his Opinion

Glad I'm not the only one who sees certain truths to the facts of the matter.
I hope I'm wrong and that El Presidente & Amigos are not milking the restricted BVL Market for all it's worth right now.
I hope there is truth to the recent Comms around listing on the CSE and providing a mechanism for AIM Shareholders to trade.
I hope the exploration results that must be on the horizon demonstrate there's plenty of Gold in them there Hills, that can be extracted cost effectively & profitably, with access to the necessary funding not a problem.

Time to sit tight for 4-6 weeks I reckon

I have no connection with old directors or present directors,however I believe Minera is doomed, we owe confide $70 million which is fast approaching,I do not believe Diego or the current board have the experience or connections in mining to bring Ollachea into production.
People do your research on who was the FOUNDER of Minera all you have to do is get the minutes from the first year of board meetings...... Diego was never present...
I have no connection to pottermagic but I am of the same opinion Minera will be sold off at next to nothing and we will all loose.
Ps how does a blogger keep getting so much information on the company..????

WOW !!! So Otto on the IKN Blog is now convinced that:

"[..."Peruvian shareholders believe that the newly constituted board is still trying to usurp the company and pave the way for a below market value sale or to enable themselves to take a significant position in the company," has no basis whatsoever."

Saying that statement has no basis is a lie, because that is exactly what I (OTTO - IKN) was told by the mentioned Peruvian shareholders, between them owners of many millions of IRL shares..]"

All that aside, I do like that the Company has clearly gone very public with...
"The Board's sole interest is in getting the Company relisted and shareholder value restored, and has acted diligently to restore trading on the Canadian and Peruvian exchanges and is awaiting final regulatory approval to rescind the "cease trade order." The Board is also arranging a procedure for UK shareholders to trade their shares on the CSE, such that no shareholder in the Company will be prejudiced by the interim arrangements." - which all sounds very good indeed.
