IKN states a new BoD ???
By that, do you/does he mean that none of the nominated Directors are going to get voted-in at the AGM ?
Doubt that's the case at all and don't personally understand any reason why the majority of existing Shareholders would choose not to vote for most of the nominated Directors, IMO.
Also, sounds like IKN would like people to think he has inside information on MIRL and the outcome of its AGM - doubtful - it's not being held in Peru, it's in Vancouver and the Admin for Votes is being handled in Bristol (UK) and Toronto (Canada) !!
Does IKN really have access to the Votes received in those 2 separate places ?? NO !!!!

I personally believe IKN is pursuing a specific Agenda against MIRL (the Parent Company), solely or on behalf of others (Peruvian) and for anybody who invested in MIRL via AIM or TSX, I doubt IKN can really be considered an ally - IMO.

Time will tell I guess - only a week until the AGM and further steps in possibly a new direction once more...

Sergio,

It they are intent on moving the jurisdiction and changing the Articles of Association, they won't comply with AIM listing rules in the future!

So if this change occurs, they won't be able to list on AIM!

Dave, I dont have any idea when MIRL shares could be relisted and that is the problem, the total incertainly about this directory work.

I expect you could ring them up and they could tell you how to do it.
I have done that before in different voting situations.
I am so confused I am not doing anything however.

I've already cast my vote against 8 and 9 special resolutions. I took my proxy letter into CAVALI by myself. I vote in Lima Perú.

I suspected there would be a good reason for Otto's delay in responding to Minera news. I held my AIM shares in my TO Direct nominee account, do I have a vote and how do I exercise it? I want to vote against proposals. It looks like we'be gone from the frying pan into the fire.

Andy Dave and pottermagic........if the BOD had been honest(they already know the drilling results in Ollechea)y would u want a share dillution of a small amount......u would want as much as u could for the apparent CASH FLOW so 10c would only be $11.5 million not much is it.......and please tell me why potter magic have they kept Robin Fryer on as counsel......I think another battle is about to start all over again GLA

I've voted against.......ikn news out the shareholder is 100% correct......why sell the shares so low when Frank okelly clearly stated a higher price......hope ur all well......

Well they have contradicted some of what he said, so maybe he is waiting for the AGM to finish before saying any more.

In the past he has been accurate,maybe he was fed some false information this time?

Time will tell, he's a shareholder too, so is on our side.

First relisted in any market, first drilling results at Minapampa East then annual general meeting. All in the News Release are words, promises and good wishes but not tangible results.
