15/9/2016 17:41 | Pottr, Minera delisted from the TSX 10th November 2015, so just under the year. I can remember that with Barkerville, the extra hoops occurred because they were suspended or halted for over 12 months, so if that is the case Minera will need to get their skates on. I am certain they won't want to exceed the year if they can help it. | andy
15/9/2016 17:30 | potter, The current drilling is certainly a requirement for the next stage of the loan. I don't think they are delaying the re-listing though,I would have thought they want to be back on the market ASAP. After being suspended for some time, I think there are a few extra hoops to jump through at the TSX. One is they need, I believe, 18 months working capital, but that shouldn't be an issue. | andy
15/9/2016 16:28 | I have a view that in the event that the current 90-day exploration reveals something unexpected that has a negative impact on pursuit of the Ollachea Project as currently planned and therefore the next tranche of funding, any relisting will have been a waste of time, so why bother right now. I firmly believe relisting on TSX has/is being planned to coincide with (hopefully) good News about the 90-day exploration work AND associated, subsequent agreement to another tranche of substantial funding to help move the Project into its next phase. This might make good Business sense as the general turnaround in the Company's fortunes, good Project development progress and additional funding for the next phase would all have a very +ve effect on the share price at relaunch. Only my personal opinion... and maybe wishful thinking | pottermagic2310
15/9/2016 07:25 | What's actually stopping the reliting now anyway? | investment dave

01/9/2016 19:08 | De nada Andy. Potter, yes, there is no news in the deputy Ministers sayings. However I see like a good advance that Ministry of Mines is including Ollachea in a group of bigger proyects that the new Pedro Pablo Kuczyski goverment is very interested to come into production. Another way: Ollachea is very present in the radar of the peruvian goverment. Also to remember: COFIDE is a financial institution that belongs to the peruvian goverment. (Sorry for my english). | sergiosifuentes
01/9/2016 15:15 | Sergio, Muchisimas gracias amigo, se lee muy bien! Hasta el ano proximo entonces........ | andy
01/9/2016 15:11 | Roughly translated..... the Article is about the general Mining Sector in Peru, touches on Investments & Resource estimates per major Business/Programme and refers to MIRL as follows: Other projects faced other difficulties to advance, as Ollachea that had a corporate problem that has been overcome, adds Shinno, adding that the government could not be any intervention in the dispute between the shareholders of Minera IRL. Ollachea already has permission to build, and also has its Environmental Impact Study approved. The deputy minister says that the company is behind a credit, but the construction of the gold mine in Puno began in 2017. It also has resumed its interest in exploration and evaluates listed on the Lima Stock Exchange. Looks like very old "news" to me.. saying nothing new infact | pottermagic2310
01/9/2016 12:18 | As Manuel used to say - Qué! | zedder
| sergiosifuentes
31/8/2016 10:37 | I use Harg/Lansdown for all my dealings . I had to take Min. out of my ISA portfolio when the delisted and put them in a normal 'FUND' . H/G then sent me a form to sign (can't remember the name) which allows H/G to deal on my behalf on the Canadian market ,if and when !!! we relist there. Hope this helps. | coley47
31/8/2016 09:55 | loadsamoney, I think they have to be transferred by the registrar first. Probably best to email the company unless anyone here knows for sure? | andy
31/8/2016 09:44 | if its relisted on TSX can we sell our shares (bought on AIM) there? Any ideas? Maybe I'm being optimistic... The company had good assets...i wish someone would crack on with them and give me some money back! | loadsamonay
31/8/2016 09:35 | I personally expect relisting on the TSX (at least) to coincide with a successful completion of the 90-day 'dig' AND confirmation of another tranche of COFIDE funding due to any such success being realised. If you look back at the announcement of the 90-day exploration work and roll-forward, that would take us to about the end of October/1st week of November. That would also coincide with delisting on AIM & TSX last year. Everything appears to hinge on a successful 90-day exploration phase if Ollochea is to achieve any profitable traction as a business venture for our beloved MIRL. | pottermagic2310
31/8/2016 09:22 | does anyone have any further news or updates on possible re-listing date??? | coley47
26/8/2016 12:39 | Almost poetic at the end! | andy
