* Minera IRL - is pleased to announce the resumption of drilling at the Ollachea flagship gold project in Puno, Southern Peru. The program contemplates 5,230 m. of diamond drilling consisting of 23 holes drilled from 6 platforms from within the Ollachea tunnel. The target is the down-dip plunge of the mineralization to the east of the Minapampa mineralization. In 2013, three holes drilled off the tunnel intercepted mineralization at grades generally superior to those encountered in main mineralization. Please refer to press release dated December 23, 2013. The drilling program is a condition precedent to access the second tranche of the US $240 million debt facility provided by Corporacion Financiera de Desarrollo S.A. for the design, construction and commissioning of the mine. Other key milestones are completion of the optimization studies for the mine extraction rate and metallurgical process and flow-sheet. Both studies are focused on reducing capital. I think he means "stuffed" until people can trade again after the relisting, which will surely come soon.

Any chat now about the historical in-fighting, who did or said what and who was or wasn't the rotten apple throughout the past year's escapades is all a bit irrelevant now.
Right now, we're all 'stuffed' with worthless Shares until the Company gets right back on track and is relisted everywhere it ought to be and needs to be.
I can only think about looking ahead hopefully (and helplessly), putting faith in the new Management overcoming obstacles and willing MIRL to step forward into positive territory.

Bitcoin......excellent post the one person that I couldn't understand was Doug Jones a good friend of Courtney chamberlain and had been on the BOD since 2003 stabbed Diego in the back with pinto hodges and fryer.......still they didn't realise how things work in Peru and where Diego comes from......GLA

Agreed, it is putting the house in order prior to re-listing, which is the correct thing to do IMO.

The finance deal is not agreed yet, and I expect a re-listing before it is.

In many ways this is more significant news than the re-listing.

Company getting it's act together again on:

The main mine development.
The local situation.
The finance deal.

All getting a positive mention.

All falling into place again, all the better for the re-listing story.

From the position we thought we were in at the start of the year, I am ok with waiting for a tsx or aim relist. Just annoyed with events. We should get an indication of market cap soon.

(“Cofide”;) for the design, construction and commissioning of the mine. Other key milestones are completion of the optimization studies for the mine extraction rate and metallurgical process and flow-sheet. Both studies are focused on reducing the capital without prejudicing the targeted annual production of 100,000 oz. Au.

I'm hoping for a 1p opening for 5 minutes, and then it can soar up to 10p in a flash!

Still not sure they are looking to list on AIM straight away,they need the TSX listing first because that will allow the BVP re-listing.
