Wow USA, that really is a lot to lose. You have my sympathy. Perhaps that goes some way to explain your erratic and sometimes unpleasant behaviour on the forums over the years but I am curious why you don't move on and leave it behind you. It appears, at times, that you hold mmx and it's investors responsible for your losses and seek to punish them by posting negative comments on forums. Seems to me that making money this way is all about timing and a great deal of research and a certain amount of luck. Sometimes the luck and timing are just bad. Sorry this didn't work out for you. Move on man.

This is AIM, stocks swing significantly with bigger losses and gains more normalised. You need to be doing more research to make these decisions, or at least finding other people's research. MMX remains a Buy recommendation from Simon Thompson, the small cap guru at Investors Chronicle, and he has plenty of good research to back this up.

Ultimately this isn't a savings account, it's not as predictable, you can't expect simple 10% returns in a fixed period. Most of us still holding are optimistic that this company is well-positioned to move into profit after its change in focus to pure selling TLDs. But there are no guarantees and 10k is a big bet to take on an AIM company you're evidently not massively clued up on. Be careful mate.

hotpotato - that was tacky of you. You copied that from dweill on LSE forums - at least credit somebody when you blatantly copy their posts.

HJB, thanks. But part of my due diligence when entering a share is to read forum comments about it just to get a sense of sentiment and time an entry point. I will continue to respond when our resident idiot posts here so as to help anyone doing there research know that this is somebody mentally unwell and that they should go to LSE forum instead. I'm going to make some copypasta to use each time instead of typing from scratch each time.
