We strongly believe that the .LAW new gTLD (new domain names ending in “.law”, instead of “.com” for example) will be a commercial success in the long term. This post reports on new domain name extension registration volumes related to the law. To find figures from 2016, go down the table and click on "2016".

I highly doubt it as it's not in the main article on new tips which is the major attraction, and only reiterates previous advice. Sorry chaps. Would love to be wrong!

I've got tomorrow's IC already (digital edition out today). MMX is mentioned but not as a fresh tip for 2017, just in a review of how 2016's tips went down. Nothing new in the write-up and no mention of the recently falling stock price.

18.75p share price target ....

performance conditions apply

The options granted to the Directors ("Director Options") are structured as nil-cost options and, subject to the achievement of vesting conditions, will vest on the publication of the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2019.

The Director Options will vest on a straight line basis, based on total shareholder return from a base price of 9.375p per share up to full vesting at 18.75p per share. This condition will be measured against the volume weighted average price of the Company's Ordinary Shares over the 20 trading days prior to the vesting date ("VWAP").

To EVERYONE concerned.

I am just off the phone to Toby Hall.
I asked and was granted permission by Mr Hall to state the following.

He is on his way to meetings and has a busy day scheduled.
Every single point posted by 'usa investor domain' is false and an outright lie.

No instis are selling.
Mr Hall is most certainly not stepping down and there will be no RNS today.
The company is actually in profit.
Once he has time he will be taking action regarding ' usa investor domain'

By getting his company lawyers to look at possibly taking out a Norwich Pharmacal against ADVFN
which ADVFN must comply with by law and will, to supply the Ip address for this poster.
Then the company supplying the IP can be applied to and the identity revealed in order that action may be taken against this troll.
Using a VPN will not help as they to will comply with any court order.

Mr Hall is busy but when free will answer his phone to anyone who may wish to confirm this post.
