true wig - odd, for a stock i'd written off as dead i'm surprised they seem to be happy to pay over the bid. If there's something in the offing i'd frankly be amazed but i guess you never know ;-)

Yes, looks like the end for Mincorp. Other companies in this position have failed to appoint a NOMAD unless they have £350k+ of cash. The writing has been on the wall for at least a year. A disappointing end to what was at one time such a promising venture. In my opinion, the Malins debacle was really the turning point.

Looks like they're going to have an excuse to suspend the shares in a months time, when the have no NOMAD. Then they'll be able to drain the rest of the cash and ATPK investment out into their pockets, and fold it all up.

See the accounts are littered with going concern statements. In a pretty dire staight here unless they sell ATPK or do a reverse takeover of something with some cash. Last legs?
