Question , if I may . I'm not asking for financial advice , I am
asking for those with superior knowledge / experience for an answer
to this.....

Is there a "qualifying date" (whatever it's called!).
Eg. only shareholders registered by "x" date are entitled to...

I ask because I get a bonus year end (31st March) and I am tempted
to snap up a few more .

Thanks in advance .

Cheap or fair proposed price for NSR?

The proposed DNA shares to be issued would be 5.8% of outstanding shares or 4.9% on a fully diluted basis. The reference below refers to an NSR being 3 times more valuable than a working interest. Therefore the proposal seems to be broadly fair on current assumptions but to build the mine further fundraising will be required so dilution will occur so it might look like DNA are paying a cheap price but there is the liquidity and uplift now.
Much lower and royalty companies might compete purchase the royalty (still a possibility) much higher and DNA shareholders might not be in favour currently.

Example of a Royalty (NSR or NPI) versus a Stream:
Assume for one ounce of gold, a sales price of $1200 and “all in” operating and ongoing capital costs of $800. Also assume that the royalty holder has a 4% NSR, a 4% NPI or WI or a 4% stream with a pre-determined $400 per ounce purchase cost.
NSR Stream NPI or WI
One ounce sold at
$1200 $1200 $1200
Applicable cost
- $400 $800
Margin for calculation
$1200 $800 $400
NSR, Stream or NPI %
4% 4% 4%
Revenue per ounce to Royalty holder
$48 $32 $16
Based on the above economics, a comparable percentage NSR is three times more valuable than an equivalent NPI or WI and 50% more valuable than a stream interest. With changes to the gold price, the NPI or WI would demonstrate the most leverage while the NSR would provide the most down side protection. The stream provides commodity price leverage similar to a low cost operating company with more certainty as to future costs.

DALR will soon have some more cash and a likely big share pricing boost of confidence on the back of this.

Thats c£3.7m pounds worth at around 8-9g per ton. Given it arrived on the 22/2 and it will take a month to process times nearly up and a RNS is likely.

Total proof of concept of the mine will be expected.

With gold performing well I would not be surprised to see DALR firm up making this offer very appealing.

Dalradian ship 15,000 tonnes of Tyrone gold ore to US 'A shed full of gold ore' extracted from the Sperrins by Dalradian Gold SHAUNA CORR Email 12:52Wednesday 08 March 2017 1 HAVE YOUR SAY Dalradian Gold has shipped 15,000 tonnes of high grade gold ore from its mine in the Sperrins to the US to be smelted down and sold. A report in Washington State newspaper The Olympian said on February 22 that a shipment of gold ore from Northern Ireland was due to arrive on Friday, February 24. “The customer is Northern Ireland’s Dalradian Gold Ltd, which loaded the ship Trinity Borg with 15,000 tons of the stuff,” the story said. It went on to explain how “ore will be unloaded into dump trucks” before being hauled “to its final destination: a smelter in the Eastern Washington community of Republic” - a job expected to take 42 workers a month, day and night.

We all know it will be c1.9p-2p all dependant on the movement of DALR, then you get Buchans (NewMinco) free gratis if buying at todays levels.

Not a pop at BA who I am sure actually understands this but I think a lot a folk are not grasping what is on offer here.

I found it fairly easy to buy BP.

Wonder if folk are waiting for a comment in detail and confirmation from DALR?

Given the detail and advanced planning for post event matters in the MIO release this looks to be a long way down the road.

Correct keya. That's basically what you would be getting. If you want to buy dalridian, put £2000 (eg) in minco at this price. You will be rewarded with £2000 worth of dalridian shares, PLUS you will have your minco shares which will convert to buchans, which will have the remainder of the minco assets, plus their £3m cash, PLUS you will indirectly have a further (equivalent) of £666 worth of dalridian shares held by buchans. If this all makes sense to you...if not, just read the minco rns a couple of times over and the actual details within become a lot clearer than just skimming it once.

Marthy.Basically Yes At the current shareprice, you will get the equivalent back in just dalridian shares of 1.9p (or near to).So at the present shareprice you will also, for FREE, additionally own shares in buchans, which will own the rest of the minco assets, plus buchans will also own the 25% of dalridian shares, plus there is £3mill cash in the bank.So current shareprice only accounts for the dalridian shares we will personally receive.....all else is on top of that.Undervalued at present.

Can this deal be as good as it looks? Spend 2000 Pounds and receive 100,000 Minco shares. After deal goes thru receive 2430 Dalradian shares (100000 *0.0243) @ 80P = 1944 Pounds. In addition 810 shares will go into the new company which the Minco shareholders will own. Will some friendly mathematician tell me if my decimal points are in the right place. As well I'm told the Dalradian shares should see a massive increase later in the year as they receive planning and get nearer to production.

Lundberg/Buchans must be at quite an advanced stage, I thought we were to hear news in December but nothing as of yet.

Yes agreed.Woodstock is gowung to be big. It's taken a long time to progress, but feeling now is that the spin off into the tsx listing will be all part of getting Woodstock and the Zinc to progress and produce. Could be looking at a very valuable spin off, which is why I don't plan to sell. Although I may sell the dalridian stock we are given, I will keep the buchans.Anyone selling these now doesn't really understand the value of the assets.

In my view other than the Dalradian shares and cash I think the newco value will come from the Canadian zinc assets and the Woodstock manganese project rather than uk licence related.

Keya.Plus minco has around £3mill in existing cash in bank. Plus their other assets for free.Remember when it was in the national news that minco had their UK licences, the price climbed in one day from 1 p to over 5p.Back then, they were supposed to be worth around 60p on the UK license alone. And there has been NO dilution at all, plus cash remains healthy.

So 1.96 DALR per Minco plus Minco in speccie for nothing.

The same Minco minus the 2%NSR that I feel had zero value represented in the mcap yesterday plus $5m DALR shares.

Glad I reversed the truck this morning to fill it up with these freebies.

Exactly frost, no idea why anyone would sell at current price other than they haven't read the RNS fully.
