Be realistic

Who's going to pay 400% premium? Name me 5 aim companies that been bought for 400% premium in the last 2 years?

More like a 10%-20% premium to take this sick puppy off the streets. If the share price is pushed up, bid will fail too; they will walk away. share price will plummets and price will sink even below where it started.

They will pay between1.75p-2.00p and that's where it's trading now. Market is efficient.

Dalradian deal (20.9 million CAD) is 2.6P per share. Buchans will have cash, shares Xtierra, and 2 very big projects

I know crazy.

All it needs is gold to firm a bit and DALR to move 5% and you have free Buchans.

At 2.2p you get Buchans for free

Thats the AIM market...but that problem is solved now that we get Dalradian and Buchans shares listed on the (much better) tsx

Is this a gift at 2.2p or what?

Very good news and still a lot of upside. Buchans should be worth at least 15 - 20 million CAD on the Venture in Canada. The new buchans with 5 million worth of dalradian shares, 2 million cash, 1 million xtierra will finally get valued like it should..

Just read the Beaufort securities valuations, look what's in the valuation for Dalradian and the other assets, overall 6p target prices.

Adding it all up, 3m cash already in bank , no debts, 11.6mill dalridian shares to minco shareholders, plus a further 3.8mill dalridian shares held by minco by ownership of buchans, plus all minco other assets remain. This is looking good now.5p on the cards for starters.Possibly go much higher.

Agree ardtole, good step today, I fully intend to keep 100% of my what will be Buchans stock for the very long term to follow the journey with the Minco team and these remaining assets.

I have no gold exposure at all so having a separate wholly gold investment with a London listing with a UK based high grade mine is good for me and my portfolio, will be happy to hold them well into production as that company is a potential double current share price also.

minco have a pea for the plymouth deposit at woodstock. I think hartford north and hartford south deposits have yet to be be as fully explored, though i would be open to correction. Funding to further explore this whole project could lead to a very valuable asset.

Those manganese assets are worth far more, or will be, than many realise, manganese is predicted to be the next battery related commodity boom following cobalt etc

Gold is up. Dalr shares are up on TSX market. New company will have 3 million dollars cash and 3750000 dalr shares worth 2800000stg. Also zinc and manganese assets in Canada.

That's right Bodgit, Dalradian are already London AIM listed, the remaining Mio assets will be Canadian listed, unless there is a further transaction down the line as indicated by ardtole above.

Things starting to turn the corner, it has been slow enough for long enough.
Ive a feeling the merger is likely after mincos last experience of a jv with xstrata at Pallas Green, where i think the minco board felt bullied by the larger partner and have learned lessons.

So if I read it correctly, I will end up with a number of DALR shares which have a dual listing and can easily be traded in Sterling on our AIM market and an equal number of Buchans shares which it seems could only be traded on the TSX and in C$s.
Is my reading of this correct?

Maybe a Woodstock deal is closer than we think also. Pave way for a zinc asset merger which would create real value in current zinc market.

Strong rumours of an amalgamation with Angelsea mining which seems to be beginning to add up.
Angelsea have been holding back on releasing details off their scoping report for parys mountain project. Their most recent rns earlier this week suggested they are looking to try and go it alone in developing the mine.
Posters on Aym bb suggest that £30m would be needed to put mine into production.
John Kearney and Danesh Varmah are on both boards, Bill Hooley also used to work with Minco and is currently chairman with Angelsea. Having Peter McPartland on the minco board is signifigant as he also owns qme, and they do a lot off the mining at boliden navan.I think there is some validity to these amalgamation suggestions.
I wouldnt be suprised to hear of further developments from woodstock in the near future.

Current market cap is £12.3m, given the cash, no borrowings, today's NSR deal, encouraging zinc assets, manganese asset with huge potential, silver Mexican assets, this has to be at 4p in the short term, 5p+ post deal and newco listing in Canada, I expect further deals on the horizon also.
