08/2/2017 21:15 | That would make sense in the long run - timing unknown. Cheaper now or more later after planning permission and a shorter time to revenue. | bageo

02/2/2017 16:55 | CZN news release today: Canadian Zinc Drill Program at South Tally Pond Project, Central Newfoundland 02/02/2017 12:00pm PR Newswire (Canada) No specific mention of Minco though clearly this relates to the CZN and MIO joint Newfoundland project. 28/1/2017 11:18 | The Dalradian NI 43-101 Technical report released yesterday has the following extract: "23.4.3 Royalties The project is subject to two royalty payments, which have been considered in the economic evaluation: Minco Royalty, calculated as 2% of the NSR and payable to Minco Plc. Crown Estate Commissioners Royalty (CEC), calculated as 4% of the value of recovered metals and payable to the Crown. Total life of mine royalty payments are estimated to be US$102M. " It would seem that any NSR coming to Minco will be c. 4/5 years away after fundraising, mine construction then production ramp up. So my guess is 2021 at the earliest. Any better guesses on 'time to NSR' welcome. Despite significant zinc/copper/lead etc. metals price recoveries, Minco shares are languishing somewhat. Hmmmmm. Good new soon - please. Good luck all. | bodgit

14/1/2017 07:39 | Totally unrelated company but a comparison for a partial royalty buy-out Just under 5% of the company for a 1.75% royalty (n.b royalty not NSR) the transaction closes, this will reduce the outstanding royalty on the property down to 1.75%. The Company retains the option to buy back the remaining 1.75% at any time. Knick will pay to the royalty holder an amount of $50,000 and issue 5,000,000 common shares. The Company has 106 million shares outstanding and a market cap of $6.9 million. hxxp://www.stockhous | bageo
