31/10/2016 16:40 | Agm announcement online! | jdgeus75
31/10/2016 15:45 | We will find out in the coming days ardtole. If they plan to do it this year we should get that news not too long from now | jdgeus75
31/10/2016 15:44 | Agm announced on minco website for nov 25 ballsbridge dublin. | ardtole
31/10/2016 15:43 | We might possibly have to wait until March for the AGM, im pretty sure the maximum length between agms is 15 months, and i think 2 years ago when it was held in toronto between christmas and new year that there was a 15 month gap since the previous agm. I am open to correction though. | ardtole
31/10/2016 15:39 | Hopefully there is actually some positive news from the next agm, the last two have been particulary vague and uninspiring. | ardtole
31/10/2016 15:27 | @marthy I also expect AGM news soon. Maybe even today after Canadian market close. Last year they announced the AGM on the last working day of October (30st) also after Canadian market close I believe. | jdgeus75
31/10/2016 14:27 | Blimey, you are right, zinc really is flying this afternoon | lendmeafiver
31/10/2016 13:30 | Zinc now at $2422 and rising quickly, soon to pass $2500. Lead also rising, now $2084. We have all the ingredients for a few good deals. AGM news in a matter of days. DNA news also due. Hope we have some nice surprises. | marthy
27/10/2016 21:06 | Thanks Teemore. | ardtole
26/10/2016 13:56 | ardtole; Tatestown is nw of existing orebody and within 1.5km along Blackwater River towards Kells direction. The current extension to the mine is more s to sw and towards the M3 and about 1 to 1.5km below ground level. World Zn stocks are in significant decline and it can take 10 years to take new discovery to production when surface infra structure is required like in PG in limerick | teemore
25/10/2016 19:35 | marthy, fwiw, (this is purely guess work on the back of nil evidence) it seems to me that DALR likely will focus their managerial and financial resources on getting the mine into production - their buying out our 2% NSR is probably low down their list of priorities. Might MIO choose to sell the 2% NSR to a third party? Who knows, though time will tell. Good news on any of the other MIO interests needed too. Good luck all. | bodgit
25/10/2016 13:00 | Zinc and Lead prices moving up quickly, $2375 and $2072 just now and rising. The Dalradian feaso should be at the printers. Dal haven't spent any of the $25 mil so far, will any of it be coming our way? Their concentration for the next year will be focused on planning permission which won't require a big spend. Another bank holiday on Mon (Ireland) so it'll all happen in November. | marthy
21/10/2016 15:28 | At the current £6m market cap well covered by the Dalradian project all of those other projects are free upside, which is why I still think this is worth 6p in the long run. | lendmeafiver
21/10/2016 13:57 | Also note Minco Ireland Ltd are listed with PL 1229, any idea whether they relate to Minco plc? TIA Edit - looked at Minco plc and the licence clearly does belong to us. | bodgit
21/10/2016 12:41 | It is interesting to note that a recent Environmental Screening Determinations and Decision was made with regards to Minco (20%) and Boliden (80%) license 1440R. Positive decision: hxxp://www.dccae.gov So there may be some more drilling activity on Minco's projects | jdgeus75
21/10/2016 09:13 | Minco have a 20% stake in exploration project at tatestown, navan, with Tara Boliden, through their subsidary company, westland exploration. Presuming it is the same project that Peter McPartlands QME have secured the contract for, it could be quite signifigant. | ardtole
21/10/2016 09:00 | There is an article in the meath chronicle from last week on the subject. If you google "meath chronicle tara mines jobs" it will come up. For some reason i cant provide the link via my phone. | ardtole
21/10/2016 08:47 | surely the expansion in QME relates to the new Tara discovery south of Navan great rumours..high grade Navan lookalike | resourceful
19/10/2016 13:46 | Qme are currently looking for staff after winning a new contract in tara mines. Qme would be Peter McPartlands company. I would think the first phase of drilling at moate must be nearly completed.minco have a subsidary company involved with exploration around navan, but we never seem to hear anything about them. | ardtole
19/10/2016 13:03 | Source of the rumours? | jdgeus75
19/10/2016 13:02 | Agreed. 478 million shares o/s is not a low number (maybe for UK standards it is). But there are not many of those shares available on the market. | jdgeus75
19/10/2016 13:01 | any news on moate strong rumours of a big hit south of tara at navan | resourceful
19/10/2016 12:47 | I know, few of the stocks I own would have an increased ask as a result of just £4K purchased though! | lendmeafiver
19/10/2016 11:43 | @lendmeafiver its just the difference between the bid and the ask. A number of buys at the 1.4 ask forces the market makers to go to 1.5 with their ask | jdgeus75
19/10/2016 10:06 | Never fails to surprise me how such little volume, 340k shares this morning, can move the share price. | lendmeafiver |
