03/8/2007 14:00 | The reason for the recent share price crash must have been known to PS for some time now. I wonder why nothing was said before. I don't have a crystal ball so can't predict the future of the company. However things just dosen't look too well. If the share price goes under 1p then I can't see the finance being put in place to save the company. So pugugly you may have hit the nail on the head. PS should have been voted out ages ago. As the company do have some good products, when they work properly. I just hope someone can do something to save it, as I don't like to see people loosing money because of the likes of people like PS. The information I supply is not intended as advise but only for discussion purposes. DYOR | blackfox
03/8/2007 08:51 | Blackfox:- You were so right - Market value of coy now only 50% of the intangible assets - appears market feels that they have minimal value. Having looked at creditors it might be cheaper to pick up any assets (if one was so inclined) from a potential liquidator. | pugugly
02/8/2007 22:42 | I note that "Power Talker" is not doing much Power Talkin' anymore... | wiganer
02/8/2007 22:23 | Yes he sounds desperate. I wonder if he is the same person as Power talker. I've been trying to warn people about Millbrook and PS for some time now. Those who took action then good luck to them. If you havent sold already, well there is still time. Good luck to all, trust no one and DYOR | blackfox
02/8/2007 22:07 | 2c - not attempting to suck anyone in - just quoting facts, along with my personal price expectation. is that a crime ?? | double6
02/8/2007 21:54 | I dont know who is worse ? PT for trying to ramp this up in the first place or you double6 for attempting to suck in some buyers so you can dump your buy from the low early this afternoon ? | 2centrat
02/8/2007 21:49 | Well the 400k sell looks as though it has been covered by todays subsequent buy - personally expecting a retrace back up to 2.5p soon. Trading news positive - expected to get the "200k funding required short term. | double6
02/8/2007 16:23 | Price showing signs of improvement - online spread = 1.06/1.5. Loks like the 400k sell caused todays fall. | double6
01/8/2007 17:24 | I bought these in the float (10p), and managed to get out at 6p, as I could see that this company is one that always promises, but never delivers. TOok a large loss on the chin, but it could have been much worse by the looks of it. Anyone with shares out there has my sympathies. Power Talker, I have read your messages over the last few weeks.... Don't make the mistake of becoming attached to a share you are holding which is heading for the pits..... Get out while you still can. All IMHO, of course. FQS | failed qs
01/8/2007 13:45 | Romin:> You are so right (imo & dyor) | pugugly
01/8/2007 11:58 | Further to my last comment, the share price has come off another 30%, which is a bit more like it.... However in advance on the financing being completed and bank overdraft renewed, these are very risky... At this point, I don't see the potential of a bounce on the completion of the refinancing (0.5p at most, in my view) justifies the risk of a write off if it doesn't happen.... | romin
31/7/2007 15:21 | Quote : "We will ultimately succeed if we have the right calibre of management and staff." That figures - they didn't have the right people and can't replace them in time to survive ? Doesn't mention - and take investors to the cleaners .. again .. -- "resolutions all past.." whoops "..except one" sums it up and paints a desperate and incompetent picture. I'm out of here........ | kritic
31/7/2007 12:55 | Yes its definitely a serious setback, but I think the share price hasn't collapsed because it is only a temporary setback (IMHO!). Plus... "The Board would emphasise that they have not revised their trading expectations in respect of this financial year and remain as convinced of the potential of the business as ever." "...booked orders for the year currently stand at just over #1.7 million (FY07: #1 million), including #750,000 despatched, this is 89% of last year's turnover at the 4 month stage. In addition there are high probability prospects of over #520,000 (FY07: #500,000)." With orders above the market cap of the company I see the downside pretty limited, plus, if they can get through this, then todays share price would be seen as a complete bargain. Always knew it was a high risk play, but still happy to hold. All IMHO, DYOR etc. | randsys
31/7/2007 12:35 | It's interesting that the 40% rise and retreat in MBK's share price occurred after the incident of the damaged equipment.... so someone paid more than they needed to as a result of MBK not announcing the incident earlier.... Given that has taken MBK to the brink of insolvency, you would have thought it would have deserved a RNS at the time.... Personally, I am surprised that the share has held up so well on the announcement of the news.... it requires both the bank and YFM to come good.... | romin
31/7/2007 12:13 | End of the line? The fact that the instrument was damaged in transit and there was apparently no insurance says a lot about the competence (imo) of management and production staff. If a competitor was convinced that there was any value left in the company or someone like Renishaw who might want to diversify their range now would be the time for a low ball bid at say 2p to put the shareholders out of their misery. | pugugly
19/7/2007 17:58 | What if the x trades were Barclays ? they have already registered a 3% holding and don't need to announce more until they reach major shareholding level. Somebody somewhere is playing games. Who is it and who are Barclays working for ??? | kritic
18/7/2007 16:31 | Could well be TW and his motely crew, the're not going to tip it until they've got in first! :-) | randsys
18/7/2007 16:19 | Thats my thought randsys..Possibly they have not accumulated their full quota yet..The online limit to sell seems to be rising all the time. The buy limit stagnant and the MMs are not lifting the offer..I would think someone has an order in at 3.5p. Might be wrong..Just my opinion..dont want to ramp or anything.. | power talker
18/7/2007 16:14 | If all these cross-trades are going between the same parties then an RNS would have to made regarding a holding over/under 3% by both parties. With just 50m shares in issue a 3% holding is only 1.5m shares. This is the 3rd cross trade I've seen so far, looks to be one-a-day at the moment. | randsys
18/7/2007 16:04 | Can now sell 150k online..looks like someone has a buy order in.. | power talker
18/7/2007 15:43 | Blackfox im not desperate. Im also connected to nobody in the company..Just working assumptions out on what i see. DYOR. | power talker
18/7/2007 15:34 | PT you seem very desperate, could you really be PS trying to talk up the share price to dump your holding. Only asking. Seems a bit strange PS increases holding then you appear and a lot of the information you have above seem to breach copyrights. So who are you really. I suspect someone with close contact with Millbrook, desperate to dump but need between 6-10p to break eaven. So my warning to all is be careful. The company may or may not become profitable, but needs time to sort out all it's problems. I would say it stands a better chance of doing so now PS is out of the way. I would expect you could buy cheaper when the dust settles. No advise intended. DYOR | blackfox
18/7/2007 15:11 | These cross trades i dont think are roll overs..It looks to me like we might be getting an rns advising of a new holder..If you look they are being traded at the bid then offer..sold then re bought.. Looks interesting..IMHO. | power talker |
