                 Result of General Meeting and Trading update 
 
Mill Residential REIT plc (AIM: MRR) announces that at the General Meeting of 
the Company held at 10.00 a.m. today, all Resolutions were duly passed. This 
included the Resolution to approve the cancellation of the admission of the 
Company's shares to trading on AIM and further Resolutions to commence a 
Members' Voluntary Liquidation following the Cancellation. 
 
As set out in the announcement released on 15 October 2015, the last day of 
dealing in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to be 16 November 
2015, with Cancellation expected to take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 17 November 
2015. 
 
Following Cancellation, the Members' Voluntary Liquidation will commence and a 
liquidator has been conditionally appointed. 
 
Trading update 
 
The Company can confirm that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Investors in Housing 
(GP) Limited, has now completed on the sale of 160 Walnut Tree Close as set out 
in the announcement dated 15 October 2015.
