'The Company has been notified that on 08 November 2016, Stephen Fenby, Managing Director, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 203.50 pence per share. Stephen Fenby now has an interest in 22,280,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 28.04% of Midwich's issued share capital.'

I bought after looking at new ipo's and I liked the company and its financials. It looked quite good then and better value now. The macro-economics is hitting many share prices and this is one that has had a little bit, but like you, I'm expecting this to be a steady improving share over the next year or so.

I bought this after being alerted to it following an article in the Telegraph regarding a fund who bought into it at IPO (they also hold NFC & INSE which are doing well).

The following link re: major shareholders is encouraging even though the share price movement is not:

Wife of non-executive chairman bought 10,000 shares at 220p on 28.10.16.

I don't think the share price is going anywhere soon but a good long-term hold.

Cheers for opening the bb. I've been in this since the highs and needless to say, I'm making a paper loss at the moment.The large trades look like a sell which is a shame.
