27/1/2017 12:32 | Thanks Songoesit. Looks like we will have to patient and hope that the share price at least holds steady until then. The year's financial final report,July? should be interesting. | ringer12
27/1/2017 09:13 | Dividend paid today, a lot of investors looking for growth, will just re invest dividend back into Micro. Should go higher next week. | montyhedge
27/1/2017 08:55 | Of course shareprice treading water until finalised. Then take off to 2600p, that's also after special payments this year. | montyhedge

25/1/2017 13:24 | When exactly is the "third quarter" that the HP softwear merger is to finalised? Is it per calendar year or Micro's financial year. | ringer12
23/1/2017 20:56 | SogoesitIt's nice to know we got the approximate 230p coming. | montyhedge
23/1/2017 20:32 | I think Trump's started to skew the US economy so folks are swimming around trying to make sense of what is news and what is "fake news".... that's skew not screw. Lol Obviously weaker USD good for US competitiveness if home grown manufacturing to counter China. CF Brexit. | sogoesit

19/1/2017 12:32 | down again this morning | phillis
18/1/2017 16:50 | down today | phillis
17/1/2017 15:42 | RingerAgree, but look at the past special dividends, still gone up. I don't think any effect whatsoever. Last dividend ex a couple of weeks, we went up. | montyhedge
17/1/2017 10:58 | Sorry to put a damper on that. You seem to forget that with the special dividend your share holding is reduced accordingly so you are not, immediately at least, any better off. However from past experience it would pay to reinvest the dividend in Micro shares to keep them at the previous level as the share price will hopefully keep going up! | ringer12
17/1/2017 08:04 | Hope you got in several isa's, tax free the payouts we will get. | montyhedge
17/1/2017 00:02 | MCRO is my biggest holding, 10% of my portfolio! | sogoesit
16/1/2017 20:46 | Excellent, when May finally triggers article 50 pound crashes further. It's or big pay day. 249p will do me. | montyhedge
16/1/2017 19:57 | "Our" Bonus is a $400m return of value: at 229.4m shares = $1.737/share Last year's dividends were: 16.94c in January (cf this upcoming 29.73c at 23.67p) and 49.74c in October. Soooo... calendar 2017 looks like: 23.6p in January upcoming + 49.74c MINIMUM in October (probably a fair amount more, say 50% = 74,61c = 62p) + 173.7c Bonus = 144.75p TOTAL = 230p If GBP = $1.10 then we get 23.6p + 74.61/1.1 = 67.82p + 173.7c/1.10 = 157.9p) for a Total of 249.33p So, your 225p not far out. All depends on the mid-year final dividend uplift to last year. One way or another that's a yield of 10% this calendar year, at an share price of 2150p. And, on a running dividend (excluding the Bonus), makes 4.00%. The 4.00% makes a 50% uplift for this year's final dividend look a reasonable estimate imv. | sogoesit
16/1/2017 17:20 | Sogoesit Do you think my calculation are correct? | montyhedge
16/1/2017 17:17 | 27 January 2017 | sogoesit
16/1/2017 14:00 | When is is the divi payable? | umitw |
