Morning Guys,I emailed Steve Tainton in regards to what I described as loose ends. In answer to the Jorc we are waiting for the answer was it will be out shortly. I asked about the finer details of the L/C deal. CD Capital are doing their final due diligence ( viz conditions precedent) when the transaction is complete details will be released.. GLA

SOLG getting a US$ 20m placing done at a premium to the sp,current share price is less than 4p....warrants exercisable at 14p and 28p with a time limit in them. Take note MNC management.

SOLG now capped at 37m GBP. Another stock doing extremely well is MARL, on the back of the Hot Maden drill results.

News due soon on MNCs Columbian gold projects.

Hi Chesy I think the deal is good for investors who can wait, more information on it is needed though. I can see why people bailed, especially the traders and short term investors.

I have read your posts, I read them on the HC bb because someone posted them on there. Good posts, thanks for sharing and contacting the company.

Like you I bought more, picked up some at .14, sticking them away for the long term.

Thanks for that count.Can I ask what your take was on the CD deal for los c? I was a bit dissapointed at the fact we are giving up 70% for 45m, I was hoping for more like 51% (realistic we had to reliquish control to a PE) for 50m.However glad we have landed a deal and its now getting sorted, was becoming a cash drain.Cheers

As noted in slide 14 of MNCs May-16 presentation, third bullet point...."Represents strike extension of BateroGold deposit which has a resource of 3Moz gold".



If Batero get a mine up and running, the Dosquebradas resource is basically part of the mine. In my humble opinion MNC will almost certainly complete a JV with them this year. That will be exciting news if/when it happens.

Additionally note that the Miraflores Deposit is just a few kms away from Batero's mine.

The truly exciting prospect though, for me, is Tesorito...just look at what good drill results have done for MARLs share price recently with their Hot Maden project in Turkey. I have added in capitals the exciting bit, not only is it an extremely good drill result but its from surface, PLUS the drill ended in high grade mineralisation "portion of the hole returning 0.7m at 3.4g/t Au and 2.6% Cu"

"Drill hole TS-DH-02 returned an intercept of 384m @ 1.01g/t Au, 0.9g/t Ag and 0.08% Cu FROM SURFACE"

Finally note that Miraflores project was based on a gold price of $1200 oz/au, "the Post-tax NPV8US$47m and an IRR of 17% (at US$1,200/ozAu)"

Totally agree mate, JORC overdue as they said end of June and the CD Los C deal under appreciated. I think once the JORC lands and people cop on, this is going to fly. RMB hold 10% now and look to be holding for the long term, they already know what's at Mira and what maybe at Tes!I've been buying more myself.All imho, gla.

Pathetic interview on Proactive with Howe. Was directly asked about share price performance since the news and batted it off blaming the markets and uncertain. Also hinted it was the lack of new money from the deal for the corporate side. I would love the guy to get his reward i.e. sacking!

The Howe interview -
His nose is growing.
Howe states / tries to claim - that Metminco {shareholders} will 'benefit' because they "won't have to pay-out, in order to 'develope' L C
The R N S appears ,however to state that NO MONEY will pass to Metminco... rather, 45 mill US will be available for a NEW company {atm it seems= NOT Metminco shareholders}
BUT
Metminco shareholders WILL be deprived of up to 70& of 'assets' they now OWN
FOR NO RETURN
???
Are there no RULES that apply to this 'pick-pocketing' ???

The board has calculated how to get the assets down the line for nothing don't you worry horatio, they have no intention of resigning whatsoever imo

I thought the gold project was a kind of con when they announced it, to take attention away from Los Calatos.

Their massive salaries over the years are testament to the bucket shop nature of this operation.

It's amazing how these companies can keep coming back to the market time and time again for funding to fill directors pockets without a profit in sight.
For that reason I'm out. Has there ever been a successful minor exploration company?
