08/11/2016 17:35 | There seems little interest in MTL. i know that there are not a lot of shares out of the hands of the 5 main holders, but there are still around 200m. seems strange people are not all over this. the amount of money this will be throwing out in a month or so is staggering. this should 5 bag within a year or so.imo. this has one of the cheapest cost per once to get out the ground in the world. re-rate should not be long now. | peterpowell21
08/11/2016 14:55 | Sorry my bad 700K in buys against a 300K sell the ever reliable lse has been duplicating posted trades. Biox should be fully ramped by now hopefully. | achillesheel
08/11/2016 13:55 | well i had a feeling this was going to be a slow burner. we must be very close to getting the permit to sell the gold now. you never know they could have got the permit and sold the gold by now. anyway, it will come in time, we are still pulling gold out the ground and as cl2201 said we are not far from the end of the month and full production. Strange we have not heard anything about the debt restructuring discussions. i dont think there will be a problem, not this close to full production. But we still have the threat of dilution hanging over our heads the longer that permit takes to come. Cash held by the Group after the September 2016 private share placing is £5.3 million (US$6.9 million). In addition the Runruno project is holding about US $4 million of physical gold. good luck. | peterpowell21
08/11/2016 11:51 | plus the 2x300: 1.4mill buys in total, there will be a delayed sell posted to meet the demand later in the week | achillesheel
08/11/2016 11:19 | Someone fairly optimistic with 2 x 200k buys, plus 1 x 300k. Still somewhat surprised we haven't had any news, though the closer we get to the end of November, the closer we get to full production. Now where's that permit to sell the gold produced.... | cl2201
02/11/2016 17:03 | cl2201 yes the gold price is rising fast now. can see trump winning and gold flying. just need some good news now. well we have been waiting for this news for two months. they will look a little daft if they have to say early next month for news yet again. | peterpowell21
02/11/2016 16:38 | Peterpowell21 - Fair play to your cautious approach and welcome back into the mix. Gold now $1305. | cl2201
02/11/2016 16:20 | cl2201 back in, only 36,082 @ 5.65p im hoping news on finance and gold sales is very close now. there are no large sales since the 21 oct. well just a case of wait and see | peterpowell21
02/11/2016 09:56 | Peterpowell21 - We could indeed interpret it in a number of different ways. The fact that we've passed the 31st October with no announcement suggests that they should hopefully be close as you mention. Gold heading towards $1300 USD now. If Trump gets anywhere near the White House then expect it to fly upwards. | cl2201
02/11/2016 09:32 | cl2201 i dont know how to take no news. could be good news.the fact that there has been no RNS announcing a placing it looks as if they are now very close to announcing news. with gold rising again it would be a great time to release good news as you say. | peterpowell21
01/11/2016 16:24 | At the risk of tempting fate, dare I say no news is good news? If payment was required on 31st October with zero flexibility, surely the funds would have been raised preemptively to cover this? Could it be that a further waiver has been obtained with the company able to convince the bank that refinancing is to be completed imminently? POG heading towards $1290, so a good time for positive news to land. | cl2201
01/11/2016 14:17 | I think they're holding back prior to the offer you're ready to submit @peterpowell21 | cl2201
01/11/2016 13:50 | no news? strange. | peterpowell21
01/11/2016 02:37 | Was surprised no news was released re. the repayment due yesterday. If an extension has been granted that would be great news as it would hopefully provide sufficient time to get the gold sales permit and refinancing sealed. I expect we will receive an update in the morning whatever the state of play. | cl2201
31/10/2016 22:30 | Could be the same seller maybe from the most recent placing just over 8million shares @around 15% either that or someone is drip feeding the market to match demand and the share price suppressed | achillesheel
31/10/2016 16:31 | sleveen the big difference here is the costs at getting the gold out the ground. at around $450 an oz the profit margin is massive. it would not take that long to pay the debt back. they are boosting up production as we speak. just a case of are they going to have to dilute before the paper work comes through to be able to sell the gold. the re financing will be done. imo. well banks are in the game of lending money, they are not interested in owning gold mines. | peterpowell21
31/10/2016 16:02 | achillesheel yes they will have to RNS any placing. the chances are the big holders would be the one's to take any placing. the thing is though they are diluting there own holding as well. so it would not make much sense for them to take them at a big discount. | peterpowell21
31/10/2016 15:43 | cl2201 i may be wrong in my thinking. but its 50/50. if i had not seen those big sells over the last few weeks i would not have sold and waited. i know they needed to get the permission from the agm to be able to dilute if the need arose. i will jump back in if there is dilution or after news.which ever comes first. so we await to see what happens. good luck. | peterpowell21
31/10/2016 12:17 | Are the director's required to notify the market if they decide to allot the issued share capital as per the Agm resolution? | achillesheel
31/10/2016 10:11 | ....and look at all the examples where refinancing/producti | cl2201
31/10/2016 09:53 | Look what happened to AUE when operations started to go wrong...disaster. | sleveen
31/10/2016 09:44 | Peterpowell21 - I certainly can't criticise your move to take your money off the table, but it is somewhat of a risky one - whilst payment of the principal is due today, there is every chance that a further waiver can be obtained prior to debt restructure being signed off, so dilution is not a definite outcome at this point. If we get the sign-off to sell gold as well as the sign-off on debt restructuring completion, you might not have a chance to get back in at a respectable level. | cl2201
30/10/2016 14:47 | hollsm i would not say everyday they cant sell gold is a bad day. as long as they are adding every day the more they will have to sell, when the paperwork does finally come through. the main thing they really need to get sorted is this debt re-finance. meljiman yes delays are not good. but they are weeks away from full production now. so get the dilution out the way, if there is some coming, and then what a great time to invest. | peterpowell21
30/10/2016 14:36 | i took my money of the table the other day for now. i did not like the big delayed sells over the last few weeks. i think there is some dilution coming. i will be back in as soon as dilution/news is out. good luck. | peterpowell21
30/10/2016 13:08 | Every day the company cannot sell gold is a bad day. | holism |
