Holding MTR just now is a decent strategy, as we've only had half the news!! Need to wait for the assay results....Shouldn't take them long to analyse the samples.In the meantime the price should slowly tick up following the new gold and copper rallies. Seems simple to me.

dixi with your logic then when price falls other crew of speculators can buy in at cheapr price thus lifting up the share price again, that's a typical nature of the AIM stock as it has massive volatilty.

also the news from MOD wasn't negative at all it gave an indication of the potential significance of the discovery to T3 drill zone I would defo have sold metal tiger if the news was negative such as MOD concluded that T3 zone in fact had no possiblity of further copper extraction etc but the news confirmed the potential significance so on for hold

Not much doubt but that we'll see buyers returning with the stock currently down by 18% today. A tight spread and a Level 2 total of only 400k shrs, each side of the bid/ask.

The ask is now being paid in full and any sellers are received a touch over the bid.

Many one-liners posting here: the original investor geologist Director explained over a year ago that our JV at Botswana is "As good as it gets" and he had previously made multi millions elsewhere. I started buying @ 0.62 pence and now have a few million shares at no cost. Am content to relax and stay put.

Surely the recent buying was speculation on a possible massive uplift post news - no uplift on news - so speculators move on, there is no reason to continue to hold as the price falls away.

metal tiger stock went up over 60% over 2 days reasonable if it goes down today as some people would take profit to sell and scared amateur investors selling in fear ,the news from MOD was certainly positive thus metal tiger share would rise to 3p+ very soon
