We will have to get an update on Thailand tomorrow, either another extension to the SLA or hopefully an announced agreement to proceed.

The Directors of the Company believe that there is potential for the Mines to offer profitable production over an extended period particularly when considering the upside exploration potential and it is necessary to ensure that we adopt an optimal corporate structure post agreement. In order to finalise our collaborative work in this regard all parties have agreed a modest extension to the SLA until 20 August 2016.

MTR picked up some totally un-loved junior gold stocks when Mr Market said "we'll never want those" and still that may be the case today. However, the time will come
(maybe a year out) when all such will be in demand per 'dot-com' status. Meanwhile it takes only one really good joint venture to reward original investors who kicked off
@ 0.5 pence. Lots of dilution (I am aware of that) but much is happening further out in their field of expertise and operations. Buy low and sell high = and MTR will be wound up at highest level achievable, with cash returned to us along the way etc.

Madoff fooled a lot of HNWI's for decades!!

It takes a lot less effort to fleece £1m from a few HNWI's than from the mass of PI's.

MTR has potentially one good asset, but the rest are pure money sucking no-hopers. The fact that they have poured money into them proves that they have no special insight or talent.

The BoD has clearly convinced a number of wealthy people (not dummies) that the share price of MRT will be close to 10p within 12 months. I took some profits and am now beginning to wonder if I did the right thing. Holding 500k cost £5000 about. No way I am selling any more.

Your mention of the warrants is a total red herring

Cameron Parry, whom I speak to quite regularly, still owns more than 14 million shares via an Australian entity.... founding shares. Also, he doesn't drink much, unlikely to ever get drunk.

Johnson would have to notify but Bell would not - under 3% - Johnson & Co could sell down to <3% from >6% and then declare - a tactic used by many these days - Doc implies it may suit Bell to sell in the podcast

As the pump continues various entities are dumping, probably the most vocal Twitter 'noises' are dumping the most, always the way.

40m 1.6p warrants that are still out there - are they being forward sold?
