I spoke to them this morning. The intention is to get a tender letter out to all shareholders ASAP with the same offer as in the announcement. One can chose to remain a shareholder of an unlisted co if you want but most I guess wont.
They state they want a fair and amicable exist for shareholders.

There are conditions to be met and thats the risk and some just taking money now is holding down the orice.

Its not a takeover under UK Code so they is no obligation to offer the same as the RNS states but the Co say the intention is to do so.


No advice offered or intended , just relaying what they told me!

there was also no statement in the rns along the lines of 'in best interests of shareholders, allowing an exit for shareholders' etc etc which was a bit odd

it would have been transparent if aik had spelt out the buy price for other shareholders (pis etc). why he did not do this puzzles me?

I must admit to selling some more MTT today even though the price will probably fall some way short of its full potential.
I have a slight concern that TechnoPlus might raise its ugly head by seeking an injunction to block any new deal,so maybe a little insurance was a prudent measure.
Indeed battlebus2.I am really hoping that PUR will make it number four(in spades) !!

congrats mudbath and all - I was one who held this for a while but got fed up with the inactivity. Well done to those of you who hung around - sounds like 33p or thereabouts.

LOL, whoops where did I get that from... sorry, I will edit it above so it doesn't confuse anyway... yes 33p @ 1.56 USD/GBP rate, so about 50c.

Looks to me like they will offer about 33p (50c @ 1.56 USD/GBP) as a tender offer with a 40 day deadline threat of delisting. I can't see how they can buy the other Director's shares at that price and not offer us the same. So around 33p... presumably there will be a small delay whilst the nomad/broker draws up the paperwork for the formal tender offer.
