Completion of Acquisition
President is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement made on 6(th) October 2015 regarding the Company's acquisition of the remaining 36% interest in the Pirity Concession held by Pirity Hidrocarburos S.R.L., a subsidiary of Petro-Victory Energy, consent from the TSX Venture Exchange has been granted and the acquisition has now completed.
