SOGGY, most sold a fraction to take up the 25p offer and in effect enlarge there holdings, but most wont sell below £1.00
So the share shortage will go on.

i am 50/50 as to which way this will go short term, as you say a lot of shares at 25p could be sold for a nice profit on tuesday. are the instis locked in ?

long term I see this as a great investment, but this week nothing would suprise me

imho

good luck

Pin - I'm not doubting that we're on a winner here, it's just a question of whether in the short term, like today or this week, there might be a flood of 25p shares hitting the market. Some people could offload a substantial tranche and the share price might in fact head down towards 25p. I hope not, but others more experienced in these matters might have a view...

I think it's the mm's selling the overhang from last weeks 100k sell no?

W-J No, it's the automated systems that can't recognise buys or sells, they purely match them against bid & offer at time of trade, mm's don't mark them as buy or sell.

Should see some good action once confirmation of all EGM items passed

While the rise just now is good - shows confidence - and there will indeed be a lot of return money which might be ploughed in, there's always the question of how many people will cash in their 25p shares for a quick 100% profit.

Anyone care to speculate when those will start to hit the market and whether it will stop the, now inevitable, rise?

All buys are listed as sells it's the MM's playing games.

thanks AIE - got a bit confused as in the last 10 minutes prior to posting my Spread firm had updated my account to show the 1 - for - 3.

I sent an e-mail asking for my full entitlement of 20k, followed this with another e-mail asking for a further 35k as part of the excess offer, turns out they took my last e-mail as my only instruction and thought i meant a total of 35k ie 20k entitlement and 15k excess. They tell me that they will always act on my last e-mail but the fact was they were both my last e-mail on different parts of the offer, H&L managed to do everthing seemlessly and for a lot more shares.

I think "imminent" is a more likely term for the last day of MRP!

'quick'...not exactly the word some of us would use. But waiting this long, perhaps 6-18 months more seems like a walk in the park.

May be quick for you Pingu but i have been waiting nearly 4 yrs for a profit, considering i was looking at a large loss, things are looking a lot brighter so although £1 will be nice, it won't be time for me to sell.

Will probably see a change in the investor base swampydrill, fair do's for those who got in on the low earlier this year to sell at £1 if they are happy to trade on quick small profits.

Wonder what share price the board are targetting for their first real placing?

Lets get to £1 and see how many of this lot are still in.
Once we get the green light for all the changes today, i can see this going close to 60p today.

Well I knew this was going to happen, stuff all shares for PI's.

Good news for the company (and us eventually) bad news for my early retirement plans!
