A few weeks ao on LSE (mcc) board punters commented that mcc could relist in nov or dec 2018. But who knows... And mcc shareholders would get 25 shares in hash for each mcc share. If hash is 1p, then 1 mcc share is worth 25p. Not as good as mcc at suspension (ca 39p/share). But mcc have plans to sell their stake in sentiance, and no one knows how much that will be worth. So that value you have to add on (theoretically)
That's all i know, it may be wrong too :-)

Hi

Does anyone have a firm update on these shares i know there was a de-listing but I was also told there was some kind of merge or name change to a company called high growth capital, with returned funds or new shares to share holders of MCC but there doesn't seem to be anything on this board for either, i can't be the only one holding am I!

this was good news I thought (a placing at a premium)

Monchhichi is presently in the process of placing new ordinary shares in Monchhichi with international investors at a price of 50p per share.

Monchhichi (MCC) was in focus amid chatter that the Aim-listed investor was close to making its first technology investment. Traders believe the group is to invest in Sentiance, the data science business, that counts Uber and Samsung as customers

Must be something going on behind the scenes that's gonna have a positive effect on the price. This should be drifting the other way in no news!!!!

letter from my broker today:

so holders of MCC (on 5.1.17) get warrants in MCC. To be exercised at 80p/share (but before 17.8.17)
So the share price better get its skates on... :-)

Lse saxxxon post Ok.... Excuse me if this sounds daft but I'm just trying to make sure I have the whole picture here....7th Oct.... 3x RNS's are released stating that Calvet are loading up on stock and quickly.... Mercom realise Calvet are looking to make a major run for a large controlling chunk of the company and to prevent this they release an RNS at Mid day calling for an GM to allot more shares thus diluting Calvets stake and scuppering their intentions.17 Oct....RNS released stating that Calvet have over 10.19% of the allotted shares and are requisitioning a GM for the purpose of making Board changes and bringing in a strategy for increased share holder value. Thus making potentially hostile intentions for control of the company.18th Oct....RNS released stating Calvet now have 12.32% of allotted shares. Large bulk buying is still occurring and the share price is climbing. Calvet are buying up shares but at an increased price and possibly not going to be able to hit the required blocking %21st Oct.... Mercom release RNS stating that they are in discussions with Calvet regarding an indicative proposal they have made which ALSO includes "a very material fundraising at a substantial premium to last night's closing price". Mercom then also state that the previously proposed GM is cancelled. In Summary.....So Am I correct in saying that Calvet were making a run for a large stake in Mercom because they have a reason to believe there is major unnoticed value in the company. Mercom have seen this and to fend off Calvet were intending to issue themselves with more shares thus diluting the sh%# out of Calvet's hostile run for the company. Also Mercom then retain the percentage of potentially large future profits by only diluting the share price but at no cost to themselves. Calvet seeking to negate this keep increasing holdings and seek to make board changes. With the share price ever increasing Calvet decide to make a proposal to Mercom instead. So Calvet are now looking to buy into Mercom at a premium instead of potentially losing out. That way Calvet get a piece of the action and Zorbas and Mercom still control the company and the share price doesn't get diluted. That way everyone wins and gets a piece of this potentially massive pie Mercom have been quiet about and Calvet have cottoned onto. This pie still being unknown but we suspect it's Mercoms 35% stake Viet energy's coal to gas play in Vietnam. ????????????????Is this correct or am I still not on page?

Don't be a tool, Tool. No dilution currently possible.

THEY CAN'T ISSUE ANY MORE SHARES UNLESS A RESOLUTION IS PASSED AT A GM

A GM hastily called on 7th Oct and a resolution proposed to enable BoD to "seek new authorities from shareholders to allot shares for general purposes and on a non pre-emptive basis." when the share price doubled and MCC can't benefit from rise due to not being able to issue equity.
MM's caught short of stock following huge buying from 4th Oct. Normally in this situation they can be bailed out by the AIM Plc issuing stock to MM's/Brokers with the typical behind the scenes placing often seen when an share price suddenly rises.

CALVET have called a GM, one of their proposal will be to block the ability for current BoD to print shares unless it works for existing shareholders as they hold 10%+

Using historical trade data since 4th Oct, and correctly placing late reported trades and trades placed in the unknown column into the correct buy or sell column I've worked out there have been 19.7m shares purchased and 10.4m shares sold.

So 9.3m shares have been purchased which currently don't exist.

With the RNS's released tonight and MM's potentially short of 50% of the free float, tomorrow could an explosive day.

The trading in this share is suddenly increasing without hardly any movement in the share price Something is happening and a few are finding out somehow. The MC is very small but the MM's for whatever reason and prevented the normal large movements in the share price that you would expect with such a small cap trading like it is.
