Exercise of Warrants

The Company announces that it has received notice to exercise warrants ("Exercise Notice") over a total of 2,850,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share. In total 6,050,000 warrants were granted to investors at the time of the placing by the Company in July 2016.

Following receipt of the Exercise Notice Company will issue 2,850,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Warrant Exercise"). The Company has received GBP142,500 as proceeds of the Warrant Exercise.

The Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading on AIM as part of the block admission announced on 20 July 2016.

Following the Warrant Exercise, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 32,376,773 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury therefore the total number of voting rights is 32,376,773. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
