28/10/2012 23:21 | Again, it really does make you wonder why James Holmes is no longer on the FSA Register at Merchant Capital after 5 years? https://www.fsa.gov. | zitec
28/10/2012 22:04 | It would appear that way Loverat and I note that someone chose to post his email address. | mike111d
28/10/2012 21:41 | Sorry for all shareholders here and read the link that legal action is under discussing. Anyone who is interested in taking action this solicitor specialises in shareholder class actions and recently been in the news about libor etc. There details are - David Greene Edwin Coe Solicitors 2 Stone Buildings Lincoln's Inn London WC2A 3TH | 1terryh
28/10/2012 21:18 | It seems this thread is hotting up. The re-occurring theme appears to be that Mr Holmes is ignoring his responsibilities.... | loverat
28/10/2012 11:15 | Mike111D 28 Oct'12 - 10:49 - 2792 of 2792 "Sorry Mr White I have followed events at CHC and you personally have done nothing to apply pressure to anyone at any time, even when I have goaded you into doing so." Let me qualify that libellous and defamatory statement. What you meant to say was that I have posted nothing on the CHC thread that would indicate that I have applied pressure to anyone at any time. Where I would agree with you is that you goading me into action over the delisting of CHC failed. For reasons of clarification and the avoidance of any doubt I will declare that you goading me into action over any matter will result in failure. MHG has a lot more going for it than CHC. I do hope shareholders achieve the desired result here. Why I say that is because none of the posters on this thread were personally involved in the collapse of the company. The same cannot be said for the ERX thread. must dash | pwhite73
28/10/2012 10:49 | Sorry Mr White I have followed events at CHC and you personally have done nothing to apply pressure to anyone at any time, even when I have goaded you into doing so. FWIW and IMO the advisors to that company i.e. nomad and financial PR are weak as is the BOD, all coming across as being rather insecure and lacking in substance. That does not mean to say that nothing will be returned there but it will not be thanks to you. | mike111d
28/10/2012 09:52 | Loverat 27 Oct'12 - 12:36 - 2790 of 2790 "I truly despair at this company and its directors. They must be the worst directors I have come across in terms of performance, communication and corporate governance." Some ninety-five percent of directors on the AIM can easily contend for those titles. What I would say is the fact that no cancellation RNS has yet been issued is an indication the directors are doing their damnest to maintain the listing. One of my stocks CHC was suspended in Dec 2010, cancelled in June 2011 and if all goes to plan is due to relist as Centurion Resources Plc on 08/11/12. Even after suspension and cancellation we kept up the pressure. The BOD tried to palm us off with excuses about failed projects in Ireland and Bulgaria but we weren't having any of it. As far as we were concerned the main problem was the BOD had taken the cash balance of £423k in executive wages when there was no business to speak of as it was a cash shell. I would also add don't be afraid to complain to the regulators you may find they are a lot more sympathetic to ordinary people and ordinary shareholders now in the light of so many criminal financial shenanigans like LIBOR, PPI etc. Keep the faith and fight on. | pwhite73
27/10/2012 12:36 | I truly despair at this company and its directors. They must be the worst directors I have come across in terms of performance, communication and corporate governance. Absolutely appalling. Do they not realise the grief they are causing shareholders? As always - no news, no nothing and yet more disappointment. They probably only give a damn about themselves. I suggest they do the decent thing now and admit the listing is being cancelled. Either that, they update with what is going on. I doubt with the shareholder base here, that walking away without an explanation is an option on this occasion. If no update is forthcoming very soon, I suspect this appalling situation will be reported in the financial press. | loverat
26/10/2012 13:25 | If the listing was cancelled there would be official confirmation from the LSE of this, let's hope that this is not the RNS you see. | mike111d
26/10/2012 12:53 | Loverat thank you for your interest I will do that. Funnily enough another one I was sucked into cdep has been taken over by Kuwait Energy--after 2 years I find I have 23 KE shares which are not as yet uk listed! shark infested waters the aim market but my faith has been restored by magp--the board are top notch. I hope you've all taken a look--long term hold for me...lol by choice!! | moormoney

26/10/2012 12:45 | The official newswire for AIM is here However it is highly likely you would get a ticker symbol related RNS as well. Can't believe how long this is being dragged out without an RNS related to the delay. Has anyone dealt with Hugh Fleming who is the company secretary and would be the official spokesman for the company? | zitec
26/10/2012 12:43 | OfficerDigby As per the above examples and what MP has said, apart from possibly issuing a cancellation of the listing RNS they may just simply not bother updating shareholders and will leave their phones to answerphone. That's how these folks normally operate. I think if we hear nothing today then that's probably it. | loverat
26/10/2012 12:35 | I've seen aim stocks delist without so much as a whisper from the company or its nomad etc. They don't have to put out anything formal if they don't want to, it just stops being tradeable. In fact one I had some time (thank you buystock) has never updated the market, they just got delisted by default. | monkey puzzle
26/10/2012 12:15 | How will the (potential) delist be reported. If I remember they don't pop-up on the BB thread RNS (thingy). You have to get the direct RNS from the AIM. You do wander what the real reason is. Has the regulator finally seen through the accounts of the this Co and identified fraud or whatever. The problem is you never find out. And usually it's the shareholders that are punished. Lovely! | officerdigby
26/10/2012 07:28 | Maybe there should be a dodgy directors BB to keep track of their careers and enable PIs to avoid them in future No update yet | jlo10
25/10/2012 23:34 | Thanks again Mike111D for your efforts. Any chance you could find out what happened to CCH which got itself into a bit of trouble in dubai. It was making shedloads as we thought but suddenly disappeared without trace taking my 25k with it--not a bleeding peep! One for PW to dig into as well--right up his street! I know I know some people never learn! | moormoney
25/10/2012 17:37 | MP, makes sense. As promised I have just taken another call back and as of this evening matters are still not resolved one way or the other. The person I just spoke with was not prepared to provide a revised timeline for closure, the missed extensions not helping in this regard. Seeing as the deadline was a week tomorrow I cannot reasonably see the regulator letting this run past tomorrow evening / Monday without an update but I would not bet on it. All the best folks. | mike111d

25/10/2012 13:52 | Guys, The last 3 times I called them I got absolutely no where with those monkeys they employ on reception...you saw the transcript I provided of my last call to them....I really cannot be bothered and to be honest neither should you... Look at what's happened here since all these calls started going into the NOMAD and the company over the last week or so...all they have done is create false expectations and disappointment every day here.... IMO I think we would ALL be better off letting the thread go quiet for a bit and see what happens..all this endless speculation is helping no one here in reality...let's deal with the facts, not well meant intentions........ | monkey puzzle
25/10/2012 13:37 | It would be appreciated if others attempted. Obvioulsy not bothered about losing $$$. Some more than others. Get passed the SWboard and request to speak to someone simple. Still cant believe the communication channels. Sat in a conf with the US so I aint going anywhere till 5. Cheers T | the ross
25/10/2012 13:03 | I have been very busy this morning, I can put in a call later if required. I would like to think that some of those actually holding may have wanted to take the lead but not an issue for me as need be. | mike111d
25/10/2012 12:50 | I was referring to our noble servant Mike111D's post last night | zitec
