Do you remember when Brasso said in February (I think) that Paraguay wouldn't be drilled this year. It wasn't just a throwaway comment, it was backed up with a litany of past failures to deliver or deliver on time. Time is fast running out with only 60 days left in 2022.

Crime...Do you have any concrete proof of "the board knows", are you suggesting that they are failing in their fiduciary duties to disclose this? That is a very serious allegation that would bar them from ever being Directors again...at the very least.

the investigation is ongoing. With the US appointed anti corruption czar in Paraguay now , we wont have to wait long now for results.

The board and the executive team is fully aware of the legal implications despite its illegal non disclosure. No surprise here.

There are at least 5 documented cases of material non disclosure that is part of the investigation in addition to the corruption issue

Chris Cat, wake up. the board knows about the corruption investigations more then anyone else. this is the precise reason they are staying away from the shares like the PLAGUE. They however want you to be the fools and they remain just smart collectors of paycheck every month and Crooked PL his interest coupons.
