12/8/2009 22:29 | From respected poster LSE "This is what I footprinted on the Premium Chat earlier. I would not expect the Board to accept anything less than 50p/share. With a fair wind and a bit of luck there may be a full cash offer tabled and not a scheme of arrangement. "These shares have been trading at well below true value for far too long and has left itself open to an opportune offer. These shares are easily worth 50p plus. The Medical House plc ("Medical House" or the "Company") announces that it has received an approach which may or may not lead to an offer for the Company. A further announcement will be made in due course" | topinfo
12/8/2009 21:52 | I do believe you when you say you make money but the way you operate on this site is just pure shameless with all these target prices and then you sell way below them, remember Proton Power using your alias bobbytupper for a pump and dump "10p+" then you vanished after the dump with the price nowhere near it, if you want to accuse me of using alias's then i will be on your case like a ton of bricks, fact is there's a lot of people that have cottoned onto you, they know what you do and frankly they dont like it fact. | 8trade
12/8/2009 19:15 | Topumpandumperinfo ! Anybody that dare stand upto you is me in disguise ! Dont you realise we all know how you operate now, buy into a top gainer, then post of huge rises to come the next day then dump in the morning before the sell off and vanish ! You are so transparent ! Feel free to contact advfn who will confirm with a IP check that i dont use alias's unlike yourself mr bobbytuppa :-)) | 8trade
12/8/2009 18:49 | Robizm, Alias 8Trader. If you click on the news section and then on the article with todays date you will see an RNS regarding an offer for the company, now is that just a ramp or is that a genuine RNS??. You lot make me laugh, you will try anything to deramp a share even when its supported by news. Bid will be 40p at very least and you will see 32p tomorrow. | topinfo
12/8/2009 18:15 | BEWARE THE RAMPERS ARE HERE, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. if you hold , then sit tight, if you dont hold then chase at your peril. | robizm
12/8/2009 15:34 | This bid will get talked about 2moro in the papers, think we will see 32p easily tomorrow and bid at 40-50-p so loads of upside here.!!! | topinfo
12/8/2009 15:11 | Well I'm sure the people who invested in this when it came to AIM would at least like 50p i.e. their money back. However, we're just bandying figures and it may just come to nothing again. Still I'd rather that than sell it for a song. | red ninja
12/8/2009 14:52 | All four directors bought more shares last October at up to 18p. Don't think they're gonna take 30p now, do you? | philjeans
12/8/2009 14:38 | Indeed; I can't see the director's giving this away for a knock down price just when the business is about to blossom. Bags of headroom here - pull up a 5 year chart. | philjeans
12/8/2009 14:35 | Looks like the needle-free injection supplied to Merck has caught the eye of a bigger fish who can see the potential. Reinforces the view that there is a lot more value than the current market cap... | kish_008
12/8/2009 14:30 | Last time it went a tad over 30p if I remember.Maybe there is a decent offer on the table this time as there is more value to be had. | geraldus
12/8/2009 14:24 | Long term chart suggests a tad more to come! | philjeans
12/8/2009 14:24 | Another tick up due - 1 vs 1 | kish_008
12/8/2009 14:20 | 60,000,000 SHARES IN ISSUE - a miniscule 218,000 traded today so far on the main exchange! No firm bid yet on the table but up 82.5% currently. Could just be another multi bagger acomin'. | philjeans
12/8/2009 14:17 | Looks like the Mms know its a 40p bid ....This will carry on going higher as deal may be done already. Got to be worth 40p easily on latest news alone. | topinfo
12/8/2009 14:09 | 2nd on the gainers list - looks like the real thing this time guys. Place your bets - 40p. | philjeans
12/8/2009 14:07 | Still picking up as the day pans out; a lot more getting on board now. | philjeans
12/8/2009 13:21 | Potential bid again then.Feeling we've been here before. | geraldus
12/8/2009 13:21 | 40p would be nice. Been thinking of buying more, but didn't. We been through a potential offer before (Apr/May 08) and it came to nothing so it's still early days. | red ninja
12/8/2009 12:49 | Blimey a lot of stocks were a very different price in 2005, I don't think that is very relevant, but I hope you get a good offer anyway - Be Lucky! -:) | egoi
12/8/2009 12:46 | At 40p market cap would only be £25mln - doesn't seem that far-fetched. Hope ur right, I got in at 15p only few weeks ago. | kish_008
12/8/2009 12:42 | These were over 80p in 2005 and the fantastic potential for the products, coupled with the recent joint venture deals, means the bidder won't want to miss the boat again. Time will tell but this little business is now in excellent shape with little debt and enormous prospects. I'll stick with 40p. | philjeans
12/8/2009 12:36 | Well done Philjeans but I'd caution that there's no mention of a price or of any bid materialising. It would be rather unusual for someone to offer double the market share price, regardless of liquidity. | egoi |
