I sold out as its taking too long and better places to put cash in the short term.

KP - I assume your comfortable that the potential bidder has sufficient finance in place to carry through any deal, assuming the due diligence stacks up and the price is right?

I think your VERY wrong sleeping giant. I am very much in and am waiting for the next leg up to add. This IS going to be sold and with all the deals signed up the price is going to be a lot higher than it currently is already. It is attacting other bidders now too...
