On cash they had £4m in March but it had reduced to £2.7m in August after they had spent £0.7m on the FBDU business.

Perhaps they are planning a fundraising.

For example while Dcd was in the process of announcing abysmal figures of 8 mil losses their shares went from 1p to 10p in 4 weeks, timing is everything, even bad stocks can have spectacular gains, of course you have to know when to dump on the spike, you will never catch the top unless through luck.

I know it looks mad but why is it ridiculous, the company had 4 mil of cash in March, the market cap of the company after this rise is still under 2 mil, I bet the assets of the company are worth 3-4 times current price, I know they have cash burn but imagine if they have cut all costs in all divisions left then it might not be so ridiculous as you think, throw into the mix Cowgill's purchase of over 1% last week then maybe trading is better than people think, just a thought ???

This looks ridiculous. Either another director buy is being filled, or TA has decided to take it private. but that cant happen as PC has bought....

Well if no Rns tomorrow who knows what it will do, with so little stock around
it is a spike, is the spike over at 12p, 15p, 20p or higher who knows, the market cap is so small anything can happen, not saying to buy or sell here just a observation.

Took some profit at 9.75p mid price but they still bidding that now so people have no trouble getting out at this high if they wanted so in theory could go higher as
well.

From what I have seen happen with Aim stocks over the last few years with their directors this is nothing, I only wish the directors were buying large %'s of
stock in all my shares.

PTR were telling their shareholders their would be no fundraising, next day huge
discounted placing, I guess they cannot tell the truth because it would be insider trading but it still makes you wonder.

If I had trousered large amounts of money from a company and then had the opportunity to pick up shares very cheaply with a tiny fraction of my cash, as an innocent (or not so innocent) punt, I'd consider it rude not to take advantage.

But that's just me on a 'screw ethics, I've spotted some more money going free' day.

If the directors want to really make a difference to the share price then they should give back 75% of their bonus payments that were received just a few weeks before the catastrophic Morrisons announcement! That return of cash would double the market cap and bring some confidence back to the company being run with directors fully aligned with and in the interests of shareholders.

They could always set long term incentive plans from here that gave fair reward but clearly the last remuneration debacle does not sit well with shareholders and reputations were tarnished to say the least.

Now we need to understand where the business is going from here?

So that suggests results will be out on the 30th December this year then!! Lol

It would have been nice to see a trading statement on the date of the Agm so that we could all understand the benefits of buying at 4p rather than getting the message sent in this manner though! Our meeting with PC will now have even more attraction and value. With regards to the close period one assumes it was passed by the Nomads as they will be fully aware of the regulations.

The LSE will have asked questions automatically re the share price movement last week and the company and Nomad probably had to declare that it was just a large order being worked in the market by a director and that was presumably double checked as ok then.

5k max 7.4p, mm taking all those large sales yesterday knew they had sold 200k
to a director so they know they can sell it higher but I thought you would not
be able to buy any size on that news.
