The company formally becomes Restore plc on Monday, with RST as the neew epic. I will start a new thread when I have a moment - hopefully we will get some media exposure and see the upward trend continue.

Very encouraging results and comments for the future of this company. Results are above and beyond my expectations, i didn't expect to be back to profitability so soon.

I have every faith in charls skinner, has a proven track record in turning things around and this now looks a very good investment.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a more acquisitions this year, they are very bullish on that front.

Overall, with Geraldton backing them financially and with today's results, i am very happy to sit and let these grow.

Well done all !!

Peter Cox doesn't really fit the portfolio anymore, but I suspect they will hang on to it for a while unless somebody makes an attractive offer. They have clearly worked hard to strengthen the management and ride out the downturn - I imagine they would want more for it than is likely until the housing market picks up.

35p by the end of today?

Just pleased was loaded up before. Got to speak to a broker now for size and even then it's only a few thousand.

Further on do you think Peter Cox might go for auction, given the remainder of the business. Know it's a strong brand and things turned round, but wonder how long it will remain with this group?

The recovery begins - hope to see 50p pretty soon. The Cenkos target is 75p post-consolidation. Good to see patience rewarded!

Correct, add nice small and profitable acquisition, nothing bad there in it's revival. As for m.m's i don't think they do have much, certainly not letting anyone new onboard in any size, but that will deter traders. Can sell 25000 with a very slow UP moving bid again, buy 1,000 on day release results lol

Riggerz,

This is as positive as I dared hope - this will get picked up as the day progresses - hope the MMs have some stock! Let's sit back and enjoy today.

LOL Knew it.

"I am pleased to report a return to profitability of the Group, following the
change of management in June 2009. We now have a stable, profitable business
with a sensible balance sheet. This provides an excellent platform for the
continuing development of our data management activities and other activities in the support services sector."

Very close ;) EDIT: Think there will be no extra liquidity before interims myself and do wonder if it's a case of wait and see results for our friendly m.m? Who knows but we'll find out soon enough and any progress i'm guessing will get more attention.

The Geraldton stake will also be key as you rightly say, if no news there perhaps could do with directors showing another sign post interims, fingers x'd

Yep - hopefully name/epic change will be completed next week, which should provoke some interest in the run-up to the interims. Could be on 30th, maybe earlier? This is the quiet before the storm - very happy to be loaded up before the herd arrives. I suspect Geraldton will offload to increase liquidity as and when, but we need to get above 37.5p for them to break even on the stock they got at .75p before consolidation in exchange for the debt before the summer. Positive interims indicating a return to profit by the end of the year should see this move very quickly towards 50p+ - and as yet we are free of the pump-and-dump brigade. Patience needed, but we are getting closer.........

Tick again today, hardly any free stock by the look of limits. Mind can't sell shedloads either.

HJFe lots of small sells starting to move the price, looks like bodes well for next week. Just need to see some more progress, for a bit more interest here. Too many small players at the minute.

Keep an eye on those trades Fo77y, suspect the lid is being well and truly kept on as ticks along close to interims.

Thank HJFe. When are the interim results out?

huwandstu,

The delay in the name change is simply an admin delay - I contacted the company a week ago and was told that they expected it to be sorted "shortly".

The is still under the radar - I expect this will all change when the interim results come out later this month.

I can't see much change until then - this is probably the best entry price we will get.

HJFe i've learned to live with the shenanigans of AIM stocks mostly, either have to or just leave them alone. The picture here changed some months ago and remains on course imo, the director buys were a marker of sorts and the interims will either bear that out or not. If we drift low prior to that I may load up somemore as I believe we will see some improvement, at which point we may get more attention from the "herd".

Riggerz,

I agree - I have wondered if Geraldton is dripping in small sells to increase the liquidity of the stock prior to the interims - if they are good then the MMs will need the stock to fill orders. There is a pattern to recent trades that suggests that most are not PI orders. The two trades at the end of the day yesterday on PLUS look like MM codes to me too.

Time will tell.......

Fo77y the share price is being very gently "allowed" to drift down prior to interims. Been watching the trades on LSE and plus - tells me all i need, some will start to panic as the value drops, case of AIM and d.y.o.r
