mfp2 - 12 Jul'06 - 10:34 - 557 of 557

the mananagement have actually been pretty good in this company.

mfp2 - You have got to be joking!!

Management have presided over almost total destruction of shareholder value.

Management have only ever reported one FY report, which was coincidentally just the right amount to earn them a considerable additional vendor consideration.

Management have offloaded portions of their own shares at much higher prices, allegedly to cater for market demand.

Management have taken part in placings, only to offload placing stock very soon afterwards.

The write downs that you refer to were not simply "paper losses", as to write down something it had to cost something in the first place, whether it was capitalised development costs, or purchased IP, goodwill etc.

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

Quite plainly this is the end, media management with no idea of financial controls, none of the board should ever be let loose on a PLC again

Groundhog day!

This stock often has a bounce, each time it hits a new low, as the subpenny stock rampers climb aboard. It usually reverses pretty rapidly and only a small number exit at a profit before the stock declines to new lows and the directors issue another tranche of stock via City Equities, or Hoodless.....

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

Why the two broker to broker deals at .29p? 40 million shares 'swapped'.

With 60 million extra shares from tomorrow after the placement, I am puzzled.

Any thoughts?

Huge difference between bid and offer at the end of the day.

Only disapointing Zeppo if you didn't expect it.

People here tried to warn you.

Sooner or later this company will sellout to a bigger company IMO but that might be a lot later down the road when the share price is almost dust. It's either that or they will go bust. If they can't turn the cash flow around with their flagship new ideas are unlikley to do it IMO.

KO.

So what causes a stock to quickly appreciate in value? Fundamentals? News? Management? Well yes, to a degree. But what REALLY moves a stock price northward that you just purchased?
Answer: A Huge volume of buyers having been directed to the emergence of that stock by a qualified service which has a reputation for doing so. THIS service does:

After the late results this is a kick in the........

Three placings in the last eighteen months. The number of new shares issued this time is higher than either of the previous ones - but the price per share is 20% lower. A sign of confidence in the future?

What will happen to the share price after 24th May?

If a sale of international rights were imminent would this be necessary?

Extraordinary - and unbelievably disappointing.

oh no !!

There it again, that bloody word FUNDING !!

I wonder what the odds are for them also doing a share consolidation say you get one share for every 100 you own ?

I mean they would need to do that so they can split them all again next year just to keep us PIs on our toes :-)

KO.
