Thank you for highlighting the unsavoury facts.

Is 'going concern basis' a normal statement?

And 'unaudited' in the fifth month after the year end, is that normal?

Why did we have to wait all this time for these figures?

At the time of the Trading Update on 16th January, surely most of this was already known.

MMs killed any chance of liftoff opening odds just too rich for new investors IMO.

Looks like at least any year to get my cash back then.

KO.

The way mms work I suspect the 1.5m was a buy that was done for a [mate]ie not mere mortal. Thus the price increase afterwards.

We have missed Friday 13th by a whisker so I hope the results are out tomorrow.

Some brave soul has bought 70K at .39p.

The 1.5 million could be market maker to market maker, (or so I have been advised.) Had one of us mere mortals tried to sell that amount we would surely not have got .3p.

Tomorrow is another day.

If Disney has bought the rights we should be o.k. - otherwise its anybody's guess.

I only hope they have done some convincing deal or deals.

The way it is being run is questionable.

What is the point of a small company having a financial director of he cannot get the accounts out.

How long have the auditors had the accounts? four months? - or one day?
We shall never know.

How do you initiate a 'close season' for director's dealing when the date for release of the figures is a variable feast?

We cannot enter the date of an AGM into our diaries as the date of one has not yet been decided. Do they wish to make it difficult for shareholder to attend?

Almost four calendar months since the 'Trading Update'. We are into the fifth month since the accounting year end - that is still to be reported.

These figures should be history.

Any deals done since should be announced separately or held for the Interims.

I think I bought some at .65p (plus costs of course) when there was a flurry around the TV launch last year.

I have averaged down somewhat since then.

zeppo, re-baggies I think perhaps it's for the best.

As for old Mervin here, it's the OFFER price that's key ignore everything else.

I need 56 to get my money back, if I ever do I'll give it to charity.

KO.

You may well be right.

There appear to be more speculators and day traders around than long term investors. A day trader could do well on this today but has not yet become a fashionable share for that. Perhaps you are right about T10s.

I added 300k at .34p

Que Sera Sera, whatever will be, will be.

A bit of interest in MVK this morning.

Will we CBeebies next week or CBoobies?

Still a wicked spread by the MMs.

Only real interest in the share will improve that situation.

Until we get these figures we cannot work out whether we have an investment - or a reckless speculation on a sub-penny share.

Why does compiling the accounts, honouring regulatory conventions and giving expected information to shareholders, appear to take such a low a priority?

I sincerely hope that the auditors are not cartoon characters or puppets.

Those pulling the strings should have had this sorted by now.

I have just edited my previous post to make it clearer.

I find the delay in publishing the results infuriating.

The results that we are still waiting for - should be old news by now.

Infuriating, or what?

Results may not be out until next week.

These, when they eventually arrive, are the Full Year figures to the end of December 2005.

This is pushing the boundaries of acceptable delay.

We must hope that there is a good reason.

when did new web site go live? it looks good and seems to be ready for some exciting news. you don't invest in an updated image unless you have a good story to tell.

The site update is definitely an improvement.

Things seem to be going the right way.

What will tomorrow bring?

Keeping my fingers crossed.

MARTIANS SPARED COURT

May 15 should see the ghost of the animation companythat used to be called Just Group and now answers to Think Entertainment float through the High Court.

Accountant KPM, administrator of insolvent Just, is asking the court what it should do with certain funds.

All very dry, but the hearing should provide a platform for anyone with an axe to grind - and there seem to be plenty who do. One may or may not prove to be Mark Hardy, the troubleshooter currently at the helm of the troubled vessel.

His own struggle to save something for shareholders has not, however, been without its lighter side.

Just's key properties include a big stake in the cartoon series, Butt-Ugly Martians, and early last year Hardy's mobile rang while he was walking in Central London.

A woman caller - having surmised (correctly) that he had no idea who she was - announced that she worked for a storage company in Taunton, Somerset.

She told him that said company was looking after six eight-feet tall martian costumes, plus an inflatable spaceship.

Will these be exhibits in the High Court case? Unlikely, alas. As there was no money to pay for storage, 'I suspect they are all gone now', Hardy tells us.

HOPEFULLY THIS WILL REACH MORE SHAREHOLDERS THAN KPMG'S OR CJ'S SO FAR HALF-BAKED ATTEMPTS, AND AT LEAST INFORM THEM THAT THERE IS A HEARING AT THE HIGH COURT THAT "should provide a platform for anyone with an axe to grind - and there seem to be plenty who do".

SO WOULD ANYBODY READING THIS WHO HAS EMAIL CONTACTS WHO ARE SHAREHOLDERS IN JUST/NEWSCREEN/THINK - CVA or prior - PLEASE CIRCULATE THIS AND ADD THAT THE COURT CASE IS UNDER THE NAME:

E.D.I. REALISATIONS (formerly Marshalls editions) and is before Chief Registrat Baister in the Chancery Division at 12.30PM on May 15th for a 30 minute hearing on 'directions'.

KPMG HAVE SUGGESTED THAT THE MONIES MAY BE DUE DIRECTLY TO SHAREHOLDERS, AND THE COURT HAS SO FAR APPOINTED CHRISTOPHER JONES BECAUSE KPMG SAY THEY ARE HAVING GREAT DIFFICULTY FINDING A SHAREHOLDER REPRESENTATIVE.

I DO NOT BELIEVE CHRISTOPHER JONES IS A SUITABLE PERSON TO REPRESENT SHAREHOLDER INTERESTS AND WILL BE INVITING THE REGISTRAR TO REVERSE HIS DECISION.
