27/3/2017 18:28 | No smelling of rats yet - I just dont think they would have gone to the time and expense to get this far for it not to happen. I think Matra could look quite different when we finally find out whats going on and bear in mind, we haven't seen any financial accounts for nearly two years now so we've no idea what their financial position is. I might be completely wrong and if so, I'll be the first to say so. | budgetbond
27/3/2017 18:18 | Budget I would take anything Vlad says not with a pinch but a ton of salt. Beggarman Cant see how clause 50 has any bearing on things as no longer in anyway U.K. based . If were serious about raising profile or getting new money would have released something by now . No one has an iPo with Zero publicity . Usual shenanigans. Incidentally no reply to email on website asking for info sent fortnight ago not even automatic acknowledgement . As for tel no it's just company answering phone - they haven't a clue . Not looking good folks. But has it ever since they got onboard And is anyone surprised . Budget you always defend these upstanding honest folk . Are you nit beginning to smell a rat ? Ps my total and absolute mistrust of the upstanding Vlad comes from my personal interaction with him via email and telephone prior to and during delist period when I found him to be ..... As ever it's al IMHO | supertedsmith
27/3/2017 18:05 | I hope so too - we should hear something by the end of next week at the very latest. At the EGM, Vlad mentioned that they already had the $5m funding lined up and were also considering a $7m Capex to put a new pipeline in to bypass the DCP plant which is clearly acting as a constraint to their production. He didn't elaborate on what the alternative solution would look like. | budgetbond
27/3/2017 18:00 | budget - We had a discussion some time ago about reasons for listing and there is no logic in taking the company to the market unless they are desperate to raise $5m. I'm hoping we may hear something towards the end of the week once article 50 has been triggered and we know the impact on the pound. | beggarman
27/3/2017 17:52 | superted, beggarman - I'm also surprised that no documentation has been released, and its particularly surprising as everything else has happened in accordance with the schedule which means the listing should (in theory) be very soon. Max et al will know the risks of the share price tanking so any thoughts on why they haven't issued anything yet? | budgetbond
27/3/2017 17:49 | Beggarman Looks like it's just chance for them to bail out or let us know have already bailed out As they have already more than probably had far far more back in salaries expenses etc than they put in then anything they can get is just a bonus .So don't care .That's my reading .Oil price falling as is pound . | supertedsmith
27/3/2017 17:42 | Oh, and the dollar has nosedived today, that won't help the share price. | beggarman
27/3/2017 17:42 | doxford - it depends what the deal is. If the share price tanks, then I wouldn't blame any PI's for bailing out. But if the deal is a good one and the medium term plan looks good, maybe some will stick around | budgetbond
27/3/2017 17:41 | Ted - I agree, there is no momentum behind the share, it will tank! | beggarman
27/3/2017 17:31 | BeggarmanAgree have to relist now. Assumed would release something in advance to attract investors and get media attention .So bit puzzling nothing happened thus far | supertedsmith
27/3/2017 17:22 | As usual we are being told nothing, just sit there and take whatever is thrown at you. If they relist at any price I would imagine that a lot of investors will bail out as soon as possible. | doxford
27/3/2017 17:10 | The share holding reduction by a thousand was conditional upon relisting, so if they don't relist they've been a bit naughty. | beggarman
27/3/2017 16:48 | will they even relist? | doxford
27/3/2017 16:46 | IPO docs usually released way in advance .Something else going on here .It's obvious | supertedsmith
27/3/2017 16:26 | super, I expect it to be both - I'd also expect them to release an IPO type document outling their short to medium term plans to potentially attract new investors and support the opening share price | budgetbond
27/3/2017 14:50 | How will announcement be made about relist - if it happens .General News release or emailTo existing shareholders and notice on new site ? | supertedsmith
27/3/2017 09:57 | is this the quiet before the storm? having been suspicious about their motives for several years I'd be very surprised to see the new company list at anything like a decent return for investors, and still don't truly believe that we are just days away from listing ............. | bit coin
25/3/2017 13:33 | The only way they can be vindicated is if they really have been working hard behind the scene to bring Matra back to market in a good healthy position, the question is what would people consider good, surely delist price does not warrant those salaries, it would have to be at least double? My break even point lol | nedhammers1
25/3/2017 08:49 | No you really can't give benefit of doubt to people who take 8% worth of delist company value for salaires of 2 individuals over 3 year period Just not on | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 20:36 | I think we have to wait for the company to list before we can draw any conclusions. Have they taken a company worth £20m and transformed it into a company worth £80m, we will not know until they list and we know the market cap.. | beggarman
24/3/2017 20:20 | Beggarman So what % do you reckon since they got on board | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 20:08 | That changes everything -really underpaid . Poor chaps only 8% of value of delisted company - thats without expenses and just the two of them . Do we not think they have been exploited folks- having done and achieved so much for us and only getting 8% of value of delisted Company . I sincerely hope they have been claiming vast sums in expenses during this period to bump up this measly sum. We could always organuze fund raider or crowd funding . Couldn't make this stuff up . Anyone want to defend them . Budget/ Calm where art thou ? | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 20:02 | Just a thought are they waiting for article 50 to be triggered before fixing a listing price? Everyone is expecting the pound to drop against the dollar but what if the dollar strengthens against other currencies like the sek, that may affect the valuation of the company and listing price. | beggarman
24/3/2017 19:56 | The big question is the value of the company, we now believe the company to be worth $100m therefore the salaries would be 2% of the value of the company. If the company was to list at 25sek then the value would be realised but if we have a low valuation the salaries look a bit excessive. | beggarman
24/3/2017 19:50 | It's 3 years, 2012 (8 months), 2013, 2014/15 (18 months). | beggarman |
