24/3/2017 20:20 | Beggarman So what % do you reckon since they got on board | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 20:08 | That changes everything -really underpaid . Poor chaps only 8% of value of delisted company - thats without expenses and just the two of them . Do we not think they have been exploited folks- having done and achieved so much for us and only getting 8% of value of delisted Company . I sincerely hope they have been claiming vast sums in expenses during this period to bump up this measly sum. We could always organuze fund raider or crowd funding . Couldn't make this stuff up . Anyone want to defend them . Budget/ Calm where art thou ? | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 20:02 | Just a thought are they waiting for article 50 to be triggered before fixing a listing price? Everyone is expecting the pound to drop against the dollar but what if the dollar strengthens against other currencies like the sek, that may affect the valuation of the company and listing price. | beggarman
24/3/2017 19:56 | The big question is the value of the company, we now believe the company to be worth $100m therefore the salaries would be 2% of the value of the company. If the company was to list at 25sek then the value would be realised but if we have a low valuation the salaries look a bit excessive. | beggarman
24/3/2017 19:50 | It's 3 years, 2012 (8 months), 2013, 2014/15 (18 months). | beggarman
24/3/2017 19:47 | For 2 years !! | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 19:45 | If you read my post the 2.4m is dollars not pounds and if you convert at 1.44 which was a more realistic rate at that time you get £1.7m. I make it around 8% of the value of the company at delisting. | beggarman
24/3/2017 19:38 | Ted - They came on board around May 2012, so we are talking just over 3 years to the end of June 2015. | beggarman
24/3/2017 19:24 | Are you sure Beggarman $2.4m 2012-2014 surely not Hilarious and that's without backpay . Could not make it up So are you saying they - the two of them - got almost 10% of value of delisted company in the space of two years . Please expand | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 19:13 | Ted - The combined Salaries, Bonuses and Consultancy Fees of Vlad and Max from 2012 until 30th June 2015 is $2.4m. Obviously the back pay needs adding. I'm taking the view that as soon as these shares are listed I'm off and I will be putting this down to experience, a bad experience! | beggarman
24/3/2017 18:46 | My wife knitted a travesty. | doxford
24/3/2017 18:46 | Just thinking aloud correct me anyone if I am wrong .This is very much guess work .Assuming their combined salary for 2 years is approx £850 k and they got on board 2012 - that would mean based on this figure they willHave got £2.5m for their work over last 6 years - that's near on 10% of value of delisted company .To be clear we are talking here JUST of these two folk and their salary which I am basing on backpay .No other folk and no other outgoings - expenses etc .Beggarman am I spouting nonsense. Please correct me if I am | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 18:22 | Its Pythonesque. They should be paid more. Its scandalous - a travesty | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 18:13 | Just to clarify they haven't broken any laws | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 18:11 | Thank you beggarman CORRECTION FOLKS Backpay is NOT £500k BUT around £850 k that's over $1m for two years work - whilst company delisted we were unable to trade shares That equates to well over 3% of value of company at delist- yes you read it correctly . This coupled with other pay they have rightfully earned as perhaps that one of 750k in another previous released record shows that they are well and truly UNDERPAID for their sterling work . Anyone want to guess how much the UPSTANDING FOLK have been paid in salary and warrants and how much in expenses they have claimed . | supertedsmith
24/3/2017 17:57 | Ted - The Directors are owed, Barskiy £473,077 and Vlad £350,854 which Matra AB has assumed responsibility for conditional upon the scheme becoming effective. Warrants There are warrants to be issued to both management and Forsinvest with regard to the Rovelo share exchange which are conditional upon the shares listing. These are 1,859,485,142 for the management and 1,359,485,142 for Forsinvest, these numbers need to be divided by 1,000. | beggarman
24/3/2017 17:12 | Beggarman Is 500k backpay contingent on relist ? | supertedsmith

24/3/2017 12:03 | Do they actually have to relist? Can they not just p off back to their private conclave? | doxford
