If you'd ever worked in business you would understand the significance of adding $1m in cost - they couldn't (and wouldn't) if they didn't have a lot more working capital sat in the bank.

As for my predictions, Matra always had two options to increase value either (1) increase production or (2) through acquistion

They had $7m ring fenced which had been agreed with the bank would be used for additional drilling which is why I predicted they'd used that to substantially increase production to create the value to enable the company to list.

In fact, they hadn't used it for drilling - they'd spent $5m on due diligence instead which must have been agreed with the bank in advance. So they've spent $5m on due diligence 2-3 months after they've spent $400k on a new field survey which is a requirement for a merger. And then a new Chairman comes in and invests $500k.

You dont have to be Einstein to work out why it looks like there's an acquistion imminent (although it seems to be beyond you). It might not be part of the listing but I would expect it to be within the next 3-6 months.

You are confusing your opinion with facts .There are no facts - not an iota - to back up anything you have posted today Laurel and Hardy unsurprisingly awarding themselves back pay is no indicator that there is healthy cash flow .They can do what they want pay wise it's was voted through that they could decide it themselves And where did you get bit about new management structure existing in first place and costing upwards of 500k?Is it based on hearsay of a poster here who claims that either laurel and Hardy told him something .You and others may not like what I post but I never distort or invents facts .You just embellish everything . Nothing in your posts is factual it's just wishful thinking .As in your predictions of 2500 bopd prior to EGM.- it turned out to be 900bopd .

Does anyone know if a share traded on a foreign exchange, well MTA, can be purchased into a Trading SIPP. I'm interested in topping up once listed, if possible.

Budget why is their paying the upstanding and small investor minded Vlad and MB linked to them having good cash flow !!
Where did you get that leap of faith from !
It's basically them - MB and Vlad - deciding what they - MB and Vlad -should get

The two things ,increased cash flow and their totally merited massive backpay for rendering our shares untradeable for last three years and putting company heavily into debt ,not linked .

brian, beggarman calculated a couple of months ago that based on the last known balance sheet, the share price would need to be around 24SEK to get back to the delist price which would equate to £2.20 based on the current exchange rate.

The challenge with guessing the share price is that we haven't seen any accounts since end of June 2015 which will now be completely out of date. The only information we have to go off is what Vlad told us at the AGM which was that Matra was worth around $100m.

Reading between the lines, they must have developed good cash flow because they've been able to afford to pay Max & Vlad's outstanding salaries and expenses (c.$500k) and increased their payroll costs significantly through the expansion of the management team (possibly up to another $500k)

So to answer your question, I genuinely dont know and can't really hazard a guess because we dont have enough information to go on. If there's an acquistion in the frame too, then it could be anything. What I dont believe though is that it will be less than the delist price.

Brian, the number of shares in issue is 36m which was in the Scheme of Arrangement document issued in November. It is the minimim permitted to list on the Swedish stock exchange

Ted - with a few day to go do you haven idea of how many shares will be issued, I read that the market cap would be £100 mil but have not been told how that is relates to the shares in issue - strange to be so close to listing and this info not available?

You seem to have a problem here and are missing the point I made .

Budget and others are making sweeping statements about new management structure meaning many deals to come and going on about how Vlad is still part of Matra .

He is not .Its official

Their counter argument is that a poster here - Calm - claims to have been told by Vlad that he is still involved .

If he really were he wouldn't let on .
I used to have lot of f contact with him and he doesn't tell you anything factual ..

You are confusing facts with what you want to hear .
Budgets fairlytale scenario is as of yet just fantasy

Time will tell how this will all unravel. SuperT's entitled to his opinion and if we were not all invested here would probably come to the same conclusion as him, however I'm trying to remain optimistic because I want to believe for obvious reasons. Yes he can P people off but so can we all. I bid you all a good morning and good fortune :-)
