17/3/2017 12:49 | mikeygit - I have other disasters which would be comparable. Commiserations... If ADVFN were a bar I'd buy you a pint and we could drown our sorrows - or raise a glass to the miraculous rebirth of Matra, the multi-mega-bagger! (we can dream...) | soggy
17/3/2017 12:35 | The magic number for me is £2.25 Not long now. | matra boy
17/3/2017 12:24 | TANNEDMAN--I use TD Waterhouse and find no problems. Deal on line with most stocks and easy web site to get around. Ask the question about your stock. Soggy---by my calculation on my own stock I would have to get the share price to around 850p to break even. little chance of that happening IMO. | mikeygit
17/3/2017 12:23 | I'm just in the middle of transfering mine from Halifax to Share Centre. Call sharecentre, you will need to complete a simple transfer request form ..... | nedhammers1
17/3/2017 11:44 | It's interesting that we dont really know what the financial position is of Matra as we haven't had sight of any accounts for 21 months now (the last accounts issued from Matra USA & plc were for the period up to June 2015). Must be in good enough health to list though. | budgetbond
17/3/2017 10:57 | Hello all, A novice trader can anyone let me know the best broker to transfer my holding to as they currently sit in the Halifax share site | tannedman2
17/3/2017 10:16 | fbrj - thanks for that clarification - indeed! Oh well, that makes it a bit more worth keeping an eye on. Despite the pessimism and the understandably jaded feelings of many, if not most, I still rate Maxim as a businessman. He has a track record which, though helped by the POO conditions at the time, nonetheless shows an ability in the industry. He didn't buy into this co. for a laugh, he really does want to make this a mid-tier co. and is still plugging away trying to get it there. His ego as well as his money is tied up in making MTA a name, and making a name for himself. 7.2 bagger - I can wait around for that. And in this industry, as opposed to selling widgets, that kind of increase in share price is quite common. Let the good times roll... | soggy
17/3/2017 09:33 | Lovely bit of business by MATRA---never trust a R--- no I won´t go there. I guess most investors will never have enough money to be worth cashing in---except of course the BOD!! Seen it all before with TOWER!! Peeps always say AIM is risky!! and many others. | mikeygit
17/3/2017 09:23 | Soggy your 1p is in "old money" - after all the capital changes you have 1/200th of the number of old shares and therefore 1p "old" is 200p new! You only need 7.2x to b/e... | fbrj
17/3/2017 09:05 | Ahhh...a sight to behold on TDW, the final number of my shares in the new-fangled, super-improved MTA. Over a few tranches which I traded back and forth my holding at time of de-listing had cost me £7,200 (and, yes, was sitting at a considerable loss). After all the multiplying and dividing I now have - ta ra! - a massive 490 shares. At 1p, I don't even have a fiver invested! (don't even talk of 40% value...) Ha! I guess that pretty much confirms that I have effectively written these off... Still, I have the pleasure of all the banter from you guys on this thread as I patiently wait for my fiver to multiply by 1440 to break even. | soggy
17/3/2017 08:39 | Computershare have only just displayed by CDIs :) | lewis_81
17/3/2017 06:55 | Beaufort not consolidated yet................. | bit coin
16/3/2017 21:11 | As an extra 'eye of newt' in the equation the production figures declared are only what they have chosen to declare. They could in all reality be a lot more than we expect.? | doxford
16/3/2017 20:39 | BudgetWait and see | supertedsmith
16/3/2017 20:06 | How on earth do you work that out even to be possible super? The company is valued at $100m and with the shares in issue, the share price will equate to 1p. So how can they list at 40% of the value of the company? If they were to do that, then the whole process has been a complete waste of time. | budgetbond
16/3/2017 19:49 | I say will get 25% of delist price so around 40p - 4.5 sek | supertedsmith
16/3/2017 19:46 | That was more than the odds of Leicster City winning the league---not surprised given who is in charge of Matra---will not say what i am thinking otherwise liable to have a court action!!! They have got our money and we have no chance of getting anything back. That is what I believe--so little Brokers can give it to charity!!! | mikeygit
16/3/2017 19:21 | To get equivalent of delist price -(1.03p) after latest conversion price needs to be £2 circa 21.8 sek | supertedsmith
16/3/2017 19:20 | TDW have consolidated today | bibdaddy
16/3/2017 18:36 | Sharecentre gone through | supertedsmith
16/3/2017 18:30 | So stuffed ADVFN decided to post it twice! The consolidation hasn't happened yet in Hargreaves Lansdown accounts | budgetbond
