Budget,
Vlad reckons $100 million....right.
We can only wait and see as usual but at least the wait is short in comparison to the three years of total silence. Like all of us I am hoping for the best deal we can get from them and I have my fingers crossed rather than poised in a traditional archers salute.

I have my MTA in TD but it's still just showing the old moribund holding. So I guess they won't accept any stock in until it is actually a stock, as in listed on a stock exchange. I'm just guessing here...I don't have any actual information.

doxford, as Vlad stated the company was valued at $100m, that would equate to 1p which is what I'm hoping for. If Eric Forss hadn't joined and invested, I would be more concerned.

tried to transfer my mta stock from Barclays to TD but they wont except any mta stock, any ideas guys

Oxford, I always try to be positive, but like you I have SuperT on my shoulder thinking what R these lot up to now? I am hoping we will all be pleasantly surprised. I try and console myself by thinking F it, I had nothing 1 year ago even if I get something back that will be better than nought. I've got 17k at 1.96p average. Always look on the bright side of life ;-)

Any advance on 0.2p or 0.4p? Bare delist three years ago was 1.03p. I for one would hope that the LEAST we get forced upon us is the three year old delist price of 1.03p.
So many indicators point to a different scenario....we could end up with next to nothing here. I am trying my best to be positive but the bloody secrecy and mysterious manoeuvers keep ringing alarm bells.

Am joking budget - no harm intended

I always said we would get offered 0.2-0.4 p
That is around 20 to 40% of delist price .
Lets see what happens

Never mind being "officially announced" it is contained in the Scheme of Arrangement documentation (on page 16) as follows:

".... it is intended that there will be a share consolidation to ensure that New Matra’s share capital is suitable for listing on the Marketplace in Stockholm. The share consolidation is expected to be in the region of one new consolidated share in New Matra for every 1000 shares held in New Matra......"

So, an "intention" but presumably will proceed so that New Matra is "suitable for listing..."

As far as i am aware the 1:1000 consolidation will happen before re-list on the Swedish market. It has been documented by MTA in earlier correspondence. I agree there might not be any firm instruction yet, as my broker TD, are only aware of the pending 1:5 multiplication at the moment.

Thanks Super - I think I'll wait until the shares are in final CDi form before attempting any transfers - I can just imagine the potential muddle in the middle of the 1:1000 share consolidation post the 5:1 Scheme of Arrangement!

Sharecentre will definitely hold and trade them.
I rushed through my transfer from Barclays before 31 January .

If look back through my posts I have given contact details of people at sharecentre to contact .
You just register with them and then fill in form and send back .

My biggest problem was the people at Barcs - Keystone cops

budget - thanks for that. Looks like we just sit tight until all our shares are converted and then hold them (after any necessary transfers) where they can be traded. I think Super said Sharecentre(?) will trade them in CDi form. I've been told that Barclays and iii won't trade them not sure about Selftrade (which is Equiniti).

Edit: Selftrade has said much the same as HL at this stage "......we will be able to hold the stock. As for trading of the stock, we do not currently have this information."

We need to convert CDI TO SHARES OF Matra AB. It is possible,
A) if your brocker/custodian can trade in Euroclear
B) can hold shares of unlisted Swedish Company for period of time, BEFORE Matra will be listed (likely till March 31).
