10/2/2017 12:55 | beggarman, I expect there will be an IPO document, presentation or some sort of promotional material to attract potential investors otherwise there would be no reason for the share price to hold up upon listing | budgetbond

10/2/2017 11:39 | Beggarman Think they have got what they wanted and set out for .Sold soko , got bonus payment after delist voted through , delisted , overpaid for 33% part and milked company .Why get back pay for basically neutering company and then do a runner .As I have previously stated Vlad specifically told me he tried to buy other part of Matra but Aim initially rejected it then accepted when other buyer had come in .Didn't believe a word of his Walter Mitty tale then .Dont believe his leaving good need for us Calm you seem to be their PR spokesperson here and vlads chum .Do let us know what they are really up to now | supertedsmith
10/2/2017 11:22 | Who knows what goes on with this lot, they are so bloody secretive. | doxford
10/2/2017 10:57 | I find Vlad's sudden departure worrying in light of the forthcoming listing in Stockholm. A company new to the market usually wants to present a stable management team preferably with a long tenure. Even if Vlad wanted to leave to pursue other business ventures surely he could have been persuaded to remain in post until after the business was listed. This will not give much confidence to potential investors in the company. The only alternative I can think of, is that Matra are about to merge and perhaps Max is going to become company Chairman and an individual from the partner company is to become CEO and they want to present the new management to the market at the time of listing. It would have a negative effect on the share price if they listed with Vlad as COO and then after a month or so he suddenly leaves. We will have to wait and see! | beggarman

09/2/2017 22:50 | Ned Sorry I was still checking matrapetroleum .com which is no longer operational .I just checked se website and yes Vlad has gone . I would interpret it as worrying and very very bad sign . Two reasons . He has always been right hand man of MB and Matra spokeperson so odd that he suddenly leaves Secondly when I used to have contact with him he gave me distinct impression that MB was looking to sell up pronto. By implication Vlad's disappearance could also mean that MB may be selling up or has already done so . If the case wont care what happens to company or us - will just be looking to get maximum returns. . This is going to end badly and we are in for unpleasant surprise/s. Vlad was effectively the COO and running the company as far as I could gather .Doesn't make sense his sudden disappearance unless harbinger of things to come. Who knows maybe it's all in the grand scheme of things from the moment they took over company .Anyway end game soon . If I can get anywhere near 50% of delist price I am out . Somehow do not see that being offered . Final point what about his shares and options . He told me he had a fair wack at a pretty low average | supertedsmith
09/2/2017 20:19 | budget i'm sure hes ok | calmtrader
09/2/2017 18:30 | Calm, have you got the inside track on what happened to Vlad? | budgetbond
09/2/2017 17:54 | Maybe once Vlad had confirmation that he was going to get paid his deferred payment, he decided he'd had enough and it was time to retire | budgetbond
09/2/2017 17:50 | Well we get our plc shares converted to CDIs next week | budgetbond |
