01/2/2017 14:51 | tammy14, I'm with TD also. So sometime on or following the 6th February our MTA account holdings will increased by 5-fold. Unfortunately these shares will not be able to be traded, as will not be listed on any trading market. At sometime, late March at the moment, our shares will be consolidated on a 1000:1 ratio at which point MTA will then be listed on the Swedish market allowing trading to commence. About 8-weeks and counting until we find out our destiny. I for one have faith in Barsky and might possibly be looking to add to my holding once shares are listed. | canny lass | |
01/2/2017 14:13 | This is what I found on mt TD MATRA PETROLEUM Event Type Scheme of Arrangement Description Scheme of Arrangement Effective date: 18th January 2017 Terms: 5 New Matra CDI in exchange for each Share held Pay date: 6th February 2017 Matra Petroleum Inc has announced they intend to enter into a Scheme of Arrangement, subject to approval at the court and EGM to be held on 12th January 2017. If approved, the scheme will become effective on 17th January 2017. Under the terms of the Scheme, holders will be issued with 5 Matra CDIS in exchange for each Matra Petroleum Plc share held. The new Matra shares will be held the in UK as Crest Depositary Interests (CDI's) however, it is still unclear if there will be a UK market for them.
